we really enjoyed our stay at sanita cottage. clean and enjoyable rooms, nice breakfast with country music and very dedicated staff. would recommend for families, but better have a car to visit the surroundings.

Quaint bungalows in beautiful gardens”
This quaint hotel is designed on Anne Hathaway's Cottage in the UK (mother of Shakespeare!). Thatch style roofs, delightful gardens and friendly staff. If you like bird watching, like us, then this is a good place to stay to visit the local reservoir (Rain Quail), non-hunting National Park, caves and mountains. If you like a softer mattress then be sure to ask for one when you book, otherwise you may get the standard very hard mattress liked by the Thai's.

I stayed 1 night, just to run Chombueng Marathon. There is only 1 hotel in Agoda list, so I have no choice. The price was a little bit high, compared with nearby ones, but it was worth staying. Staffs were so friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was beautifully decorated. Breakfast was OK. However, It was rather far from downtown.

Poor everything”
It was terrible staying. I stayed 2nights. First of all, breakfast was very very poor. I couldn't believe that there are just 3 kind of foods such as rice porridge, bread and fried egg. I never seen such a breakfast before in Thailand!! Moreover absolutely same for 2days. Saving cost? That's really bad. Second, there were no room keeper and no filling water bottle in the middle day of staying. Saving cost? Ignore customer satisfaction? Third, poor amenities in room. Cheap shampoo and soap (no conditioner). Soap is like a sample. Saving cost? Good business mind! Finally, not natural garden. I saw photo and decided here. But....but actually it was not wonderful. It's trick of photos. It's cheap but I never seen hotel or cottage like this before!! I'm so sorry about bad review. But it's true....

4th time I stayed in this hotel and the worst! the bed was hard like a stone! and the owner a lunatic man and not friendly at all.The only good was the staff!Sorry,but if you can,pass away from this hotel!4 stars,please be serious!

Not a good start”
The booking was for Double beds in two rooms - Single beds was supplied. One room had problem with toilet flushing which was rectified. The other room had ants all over hand basin in bathroom, advised staff and when we returned all ants were dead but left the way it was and not cleaned up.
