Located in the shopping district and near Passeig de Gracia station, this hotel is perfect for city explorers. The staff are friendly and provide exceptional service to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The location is excellent and the room is clean. The bed-making was also wonderful. There is a free drink corner on the zero floor, just down the stairs from the lobby, which was very nice. There are two issues: 1. There is no lock on the bathroom. Moreover, there is a slight gap in the glass door, so sounds can be heard clearly. Since we were traveling as a couple, we dealt with it by turning up the TV volume, but it made things a bit uncomfortable. 2. This is definitely a design flaw, as there is no shower curtain and the structure only has a half barrier from the shower side. When taking a shower, the floor in front of the toilet gets soaked. I couldn't understand the designer's unusual sense. Other than that, it was an overall very good hotel. The staff were also friendly (though it varies a bit by person)! Thank you for your service.
This hotel is located only a 5-minute walk from the BCN aerobus stop at Pl Universitat. It is very convenient to access from and to Barcelona Airport. The hotel accepts late check-in, which was a great relief because my flight arrived very late. The hotel is quite new and clean compared to some of the antique hotels in Barcelona. It is very clean and nice. I was lucky to get a discounted price for a last-minute reservation for just 1 night. If I made a reservation for 5 nights, it would become almost 1.5 times more expensive compared to the last-minute price per night. I hope they offer some discount for long stays. There is a local supermarket very nearby and it's easy to get water. There is a restaurant just at the corner on the opposite side, which opens early and late for breakfast and late supper. Turn left and you will see 2 cafes on the other corner of this block. Very close to Casa Batlló. Really recommend!
I made the booking in a haste and wasn’t sure of the hotel as I was little disappointed with my stay in Madrid. But I was pleasantly surprised on everything this hotel had to offer! A smooth check in, a super clean and well lit room. Proximity to metro, shopping district everything. I ended my trip wanting to stay longer at Sansi! Hopefully will come back soon!
The location is perfect. Staff is kind and helpful. Room is also big enough. I just wish there is a mirror in front of the table. Other than that everything is perfect. Remember to try churros san roman which is about 8 minutes walk away from the hotel. That's the best churros we ever try in Barcelona.

Location was good with bus stop about 7min away. The twin room beds were great, more like double in size, and very comfy. Nice clean bathroom too. Our A/C was not working so they graciously moved us to another room and it worked just fine. We appreciated their immediate attention to correct the deficiency. Staff was also helpful with directions to sights and restaurant recommendations. Also offered a place for our luggage and a lounge area to wait until our rooms were ready. I'd visit again!
