Extremely pleased I chose this little place to stay at during my 4 nights in Barcelona. Cannot thank Pedro (owner) and his son Alvaro for the great help they gave me in finding my way to my booked tours at Barcelona city centre. They were always ready to help with maps and detailed instructions on negotiating my way on the metro and bus. Not 4 and 5 star luxury but clean, comfortable, close to station, supermarket etc., that helped 2 Senior women immensely. Would be happy to recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is not in the city centre, so you need to get on the metro to get to many of main attractions. It is, however, 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station and it is only 5/6 stops to the centre- v easy, direct journey. It is within walking distance of Parc Guell and other attractions in a nice area of town. Stop for hop on hop off bus also v close ( near metro station). There are many amenities - restaurants, grocery shops etc nearby. The staff were really helpful. The room was very clean ( 4 star grading instead of 5 because of slightly older furnishing). The rooms were very spacious. There was a bit of noise from outside but still got good sleep.

We were here for a 3 night city break to see the football. We found the hotel ideal for what we needed. Staff were very friendly and efficient. We arrived at about 10am and we were able to get into our room staight way which was great. Room was basic but clean and very quiet. Location was also good, just 2 minutes from the metro and being just slightly out of the centre it was very quiet. Over all could not fault anything.

We booked the hotel because of the good ratings and the price. We were satisfied with the room (equipment, cleanliness). Over all it was appropriate for the price. The only thing we disliked were the unconfortable matresses. Staff was nice and helpful. When we arrived we could use the bathroom to freshen up and leave the bags at the front desk. Hotel is situated a bit far from the center which is ok if you intend to spend only the night there.

This hotel is in a great location, and is locally owned and run. The front staff is very nice and professional… And the hotel is clean and well-kept. The location is great! far enough away from the tourist hubs that you can actually experience A bit of local food and culture… without getting stepped on. It's about a three star hotel., I think. 4 star for a budget hotel. The beds are fine, but not too comfortable…and not for the tall traveler. The floors are Pergo and not real wood… The bathrooms are fine. The rooms are clean, some are very small and lack light!!! Some are fine in size. It's a very nice hotel for a budget traveler… I think a fair price is about €50-€80 per night… Which you can get if you book early Expect to pay as much is 110 €120 and more per night during tourist season if you have not booked early. It is certainly not a €120 hotel... unless you are last minute.

Well, the hotel itself is located rather far away from the main tourist attractions. Barcelona is walkable city but in the summer heat is not an opition really. The hotel stuff is really nice and kind, and helpful. Especially Marisa at the front desk. Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant which is open only for breakfast. There is a very limited selection of warm dishes - scrambled eggs and sausages only. But there's a good variety of pastries, cold cuts and there is a freshly squeezed orange juice so all in all it is ok. But definitely that is not a 4 star breakfast. And that's the biggest problem with this hotel - why it is a 4 star hotel is beyond me! We stayedin so called privileged room but there was nothing special about it. It looked and felt like a budget hotel room - very small, tiny really with absolutely NO room for anything! No real closet, no wardrobe, no drawers and no desk area!!! Terrible!! We decided to stay there for 3 days only before our cruise. and we couldn't unpack even one suitcase. There was simply no room and no closet to do that! Who designed that room in such way should be punished by staying in it for a few days! On the day of the arrival we had to wait cause our room wasn't ready yet despite the fact that we arrived after the check in time. The check in was quick though. We didnt mention we were members of the Le Club Accorhotels loyalty program deliberately to see how they treat regular guests. We had multiple issues with the condition of the room and the robes we were given but I have to admit that after we voiced them at the front desk they were all taken care of. The robes were exchanged (the ones we were given were old, worn out and had holes) and the room prepared in a much better way (originally we were given only one tea bag 😉). There is a Nespresso coffee machine but we have to ask for more capsules as there were only 3 of them in the room. The only cups in the room are plastic, there are no wine glasses and no regular

The thing to stress firstly is its stuff, which was really helpful in all cases and as well was perfectly prepared regarding to language skills. Our room was not big much, but was big enough for only sleeping over and leaving for sightseeing everyday. Another benefit is the possibility of safe-deposit box, where only a deposit had to be left on the reception to get key. Location just some kilometer away from the Park Güell is advantageous as well, additionally other monuments are accessible by the underground (only few stations - travelling by the green line from Lesseps). To sum up, for exploration of the city, the best choice in comparison to its price.

If you're looking for a budget hotel that's clean, friendly and within easy reach of the attractions then this hotel is great. Don't be put off by the dull exterior, the hotel is modern and cosy inside. The staff were really friendly and helpful and even spoke to our taxi driver on the phone at 2 am when my boyfriend dropped his mobile on the back seat! Also kindly upgraded our room to one with a balcony free of charge. It's not a really luxurious hotel with great views or a swanky restaurant but you're not paying luxury prices after all and you'll be out all the time having fun anyway! You get the usual fridge, safe, towels, toiletries and hairdryer but no tea and coffee in the room which is the only criticism I have. You can always get one in the bar though but it's nice to have it in the room when you get back late. Nice breakfast buffet but could do with a cheaper option if you just want tea and toast or cereal. There's a luggage storage room so you can enjoy your last hours before your flight. There's a small roof terrace and the pool is just a small plunge pool type thing but nice for cooling off when the weather is hot. It's an easy 5-10 min walk to 3 stations and a few stops into the buzzy centre. You can even walk to Park Guell in 25 mins. There are lots of restaurants in the classy Gracia area which is 15 mins walk. Barcelona is surprisingly much smaller than it looks on the map. We'd definitely stay there again.

The neighborhood was very calm and relaxing with fantastic tapas bars and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. They were always on hand to give advice with getting around the city and finding places to see and to dine. The pool terrace was small but impressive standard with a jacuzzi and shower alongside the pool and sun loungers, a refreshing end to a busy day sightseeing. They even provide pool towels free of charge. The breakfast was a little too expensive (€14 each) so we only did that once, but the food was of a really tasty with a wide variety. Rooms were small, but clean and comfortable. If you want an affordable 3 star hotel, you'd be pushed to find anything better.

Very clean budget hotel with modern furnishings and a decent location. While not central, still easy to access all the sights using the nearby subway and buses. Just a short walk from the Gracia area which has some excellent restaurants and bars. Room was small and the reception was often unattended but we were only looking for a place to lay our heads to the Hostal Putxet suited us just fine. If possible try to get a room on the first floor as there is no list and the wifi reception isn't great higher up the building.

The Aparthotel is located in a quiet location, just a 3 minute walk to Metro Station El Puxtet, from where you take Metro No. 7 straight to Plaza Catalunya, or step over at Provenca to Metro Station La Sagrada Familia. It will take you less than 10 minutes to get there. About the Hotel, clean and very friendly staff which will advise you about the best way to get everywhere. Rooms are clean, it is certainly a Good Value for money. Car Park for 3 cars is below the hotel. Very small, but excellent parking for small cars, medium sized cars. It was tricky to get in-out with our VW Golf Station, don't want to get in with our car again, but certainly with a smaller car. All by All, a very good Hotel/Aparthotel.

Great location just across the street from Sant Gervasi metro stop, and a bus stop. Great value for money: hotel offers complementary coffee, tea, water (in the lounge). They also provide a mobile phone with internet access to use within the city. Staff is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms are well sized and very clean. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Breakfast buffet is diversified and tasty. Will definitely repeat my stay there.

Amenities all included and awesome staff. This by far had the best location outside of the city centre. It's a beautiful and quiet environment suitable for families and people trying to get away from the Buzz of downtown city streets but still close enough to visit every so often. The staff are another highlight and fit to all our needs with useful information to allow us to get more out of our journey. Well worth it!

We travelled in a group of 3 and I particularly like the spacious apartment and its huge balcony (but without shelter or roof). The apartment fit 4 if you have average size (around 50 to 80KGs) as the bed as not really a double bed, basically a large single bed. In terms of public transport, there are few bus stops nearby, within 5 mins of walk whilst metro station (Hospital Clinic) needs about 15mins walking. There are cafes nearby, shopping malls, groceries and a tobacco shop just 50 meters away where you could get you T-10 card. The down side is that this apartments seem to have a lot of party travellers, they usually go out quite late and back around wee hours and made hell lots of noise. I have read reviews mentioning about this and I thought it could be a seasonal thing. We did have good sleep as those were extremely inconsiderate. In terms of cleanliness, I would just say bang average as we found quite some pet fur and dust in the wardrobe.

It's good for the price. It's an old apartment with old kitchen, squeaking but everything works fine, clean and, specially, the staff is sooooo helpful. We asked for Spanish spices and the staff told us 3 places where to go with the address and the map. You reach most places by bus and metro. There are market squares near by together with a big mart. Most of all, you can sleep without ear-plugs. I stayed in Airbnb before and it was impossible to sleep without earplugs.

We loved out stay at the Petit Hotel. It is very quaint and cozy, so it feels kind of like a hostel but of course it is nicer with a private bathroom. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. We felt right at home. The best part of the hotel is the staff. The owner and manager (I believe) were extremely helpful and kind. As three collage age travelers, we felt like they were our mother figures helping us navegate the city. This is a very good deal for the price. We would all stay here again happily!

We arrived to La Florida at 1 in the night after a delayed flight. First impression when u arrive in the night is marvellous, the lights of the hotel, and the decoration cannot be better. The hotel itself is not too big, what it brings it a quiet and special atmosphere. The rooms are simply perfect, with wonderful city or mountain view (both are great, so choose just according to your mood that day). The bed is big, really big, maybe even too big! The swimming pool and jacuzzi are is a also a plus: as the hotel is small you never have a crowd feeling there. I also recommend to have a dinner in the swimming pool terrace, with fantastic views of the city. I also want to recognise from here to one of the employees that stands among the rest: Lucas. He is a really nice guy which suggestion and predisposition helped us a lot during our trip. He recommended us where to have breakfast, lunch and dinner, and everything it was always perfect. Really great asset that hotel has with this man. In the cons I cannot forget one only but big problem. One wedding was taking place there one of the nights. As it was raining outside they decided to move the wedding inside of the building (logically) but when they did it the noise was insufferable. We called to the front desk and they asked us to wait till 12 in the night when they will be moving to another salon where they will continue the party; but honestly the sleep of that night was already ruined (no compensation or real apologies for that). It was a pity because despite of that I could say that was my best hotel experience in years. I'd come back but getting sure no wedding is taking place!

The hotel is very unassuming but immaculate - it's located in a residential area but within easy reach of the centre of Barcelona (15 mins ride on the Metro). Tres Torres train station is a 5 mins walk from the hotel. The staff were always friendly, couldn't do enough to help us with requests, provide us with additional information on the area, a guide map and marked out places of interest to visit and the best stations on the metro to get to where we needed to be. The room itself was perfect - probably the best hotel we've stayed in through personal choice. The bathroom was modern and the walk-in shower heavenly. Beds extremely comfortable and pristine. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any of my friends/colleagues who plan to visit Barcelona.
