"The building is old - the price is right for this money - its very close to the Highway so you hear a lot of cars passing by - need earplugs to sleep. Reception is not there in the morning so I struggled to get my car out the garage and left the keys at the desk. I left at 9 am so its not a crazy time. For a building with many appartments somebody should be there. I will not return here because of the noise."
