Located slightly off the tourist track, Santa Fe Hotel is a welcoming, personalized boutique resort for a memorable Guam vacation. This property has an intimate feel and truly personalized service. Designed after Guam's traditional Spanish cortijos, the rooms reflect the theme and are very large, comfortable, and very well furnished. The entire hotel - not just rooms - is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi. The setting has both direct access to a beach and coral-filled lagoon as well as the main strip of Hagatna Bay and plentiful shopping and entertainment options.

Guam / Santa Fe Hotelby”
The Santa Fe Hotel is a very nice place, however it needs some upgrades----The phones in the rooms do not work, furniture and drapes very old and laundry room only has one washer and dryer. All the staff very helpful and friendly, Benny at the front desk was always willing to help a very good person. Mercy in house keeping did a great job taking care of my room. The Santa Fe Bar and Grille was great, right by the beach the food was great and the staff very friendly. Keilani at Reservation was very helpful getting me checked in cause I arrived early and when I had to request two more days due to the typhoon. Overall I had a great time and yes I would stay their again.
Comfortable hotel with good hospitality”
Traveled with a friend and stayed at the hotel for 6 nights at Santa Fe Hotel. We were rather sceptical at first from some of the reviews we read online. The room was clean and they had accomodating and friendly frontdesk staff. We arrived rather early from Manila (at about 5.30am) and the hotel allowed us to check in early without additional fee (subject to room availability of course). We took a seafront view hotel on Level 4 and the view from our balcony was amazing. The room came with a mini bar, tv and coffee maker. If you're a coffee lover, bring your own coffee filter and coffee beans to fully utilise the coffee maker. The hotel smelled rather sanitised which is a good sign that they use proper antiseptic during housekeeping. The view from the pool was also amazing during sunset. The only thing that we fell lack was a clean pool. The pool wasn't well mantained. It had a lot of sand and also slightly mossy/moldy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
Safe shelter during huge typhoon hit”
Stayed at Santa Fe Hotel (SFH) during a huge typhoon hit to Guam. The staff were very professional, patient, and replied to my request very quickly. Which level of expectation that is very difficult to get at any other 3 star hotel. Even during the typhoon there was almost no power outage, slightly couple of seconds. Size of the room was good enough for a single traveler or two, maybe a little tight for a family. Wi-Fi worked well, amenity goods were satisfactory. First there were no microwaves or water heating pot, but staff delivered them to the room right after requesting. Needed to ask to bring new towels couple of times. Small convenient shop available on first floor. Supermarket is located in a walkable distance, nice restaurant next to hotel, also GPO is in a 20 minutes walk distance. Whenever need a ride to downtown area you just need to walk 2 minutes to Onward Hotel next to SFH and catch the red shuttle bus. The beach behind the hotel was astonishing!
Hotel Santa Fe at Guam”
Our stay was very good though some facilities were bit old. The room is big, complete with personal refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and tv. We did not use the bathtub coz it's old and has a bit of rust. The room is cold and quiet. The swimming pool on the first floor is also old and needs repair but if the guests like us are not too sensitive that will be ok. The beach has a shallow clear wherein you can go to across islet walking during low tide. I will still choose Santa Fe on my next visit to Guam.
Great Property for the price”
The staff at the Hotel Santa Fe is the best I have ever experienced in 30 years of traveling the world as a U.S. Merchant Marine. You can tell by the positive and happy attitudes of the staff that they are treated well by this property's management. Denis Regnier is the hotel's General Manager and he is a hands on property manager, walking the property daily and interfacing with the guest making sure everything is too their liking. The rooms have been recently renovated with flat screen tv's and they are clean and comfortable, but a little out of date. This property is still a fantastic value with private beach, beach side pool and hot tub, open air beach side bar and restaurant. The food in the restaurant is simply delicious and the bar is always having special deals. If your goal is to relax and be treated well, I highly recommend this property. If you visit say hi to Denis, Jim, Michael, Naga, Patricia, Iona and Beth from Shaun.
Fabulous location and value!”
We stayed at the Hotel Santa Fe last year in July and this year in June. Last year we stayed in a garden view room and it was fine. This year we stayed in an ocean view room and we will always book an ocean view room in the future. It's absolutely amazing to look at the bay and the ocean! Sunrises and sunsets are stunning! The staff members in the hotel and the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is open air and steps away from the beach. You can't get as close to the beach even in the expensive hotels. The pool is warm and has a large covered area nearby for lounging.
Santa fe hotel located a bit far from busy place. That's why I can spent vacations really comfortably near the beach. Their small but cozy infinity pool are opening long hours and the sea in front of the hotel was not deep, I went to small island (walking distance from the seashore) with canoe and enjoyed watching fishes by snorkel. At Saturday night the bar had live music for a long time, enjoyed drinking with listening music and sounds of waves. It was really nice!
i read reviews on this site and went skeptical about santa fe. it turned out to be the best stay i ever had. the staff was friendly and very welcoming. the food is good. i got an ocean view room that was amazing. everyone comes here to see sunset. the bar is good and you have nothing to loose with the sea right there beside the hotel pool.
Good Three Star Hotel - Friendly Staff”
our stay at the santa fe hotel was very successful - the hotel has many redeeming features that make it a good place to stay… good rooms at a very fair price… friendly service from the entire staff … away from the “downtown noise & hassle” but you need a car if your going to do anything except catch a bus to the main tourist areas. – not a problem as the santa fe has free parking and plenty of it. good pool and on the beach. if you're a family – coin op laundry facilities on site. 2 negatives… both related to the hotel restaurant & bar – 1) the hotel restaurant & bar is very expensive; especially for the very average quality of food – must be due to their "right on the beach location" 2) and during our stay very loud music in the bar on thursday thru sunday nights till “late” which made sleep without the room air conditioning on high difficult. the above are mitigated, as shirley’s restaurant is right next-door with good, inexpensive food and service from 07:00 to 22:00
Felt like home!”
We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, very helpful and very accommodating! The beach during sunset as seen from our room was so breathtaking! We had a most relaxing five-day stay at Santa Fe!
Comfortable, clean and nice personality”
Was short but sweet at the Santa Fe Hotel on Guam. The room was surprisingly had a fresh and new feeling. The bed was comfortable and room was quiet. The bar was open air and bartender friendly and lots of options as far as food and drink.
Great Location, Good Rooms, Great View”
We enjoyed staying at Hotel Santa Fe. It's location is great. We enjoyed swimming in the infinity pool and enjoyed the "house" bay right out the window. The beach bar was nice and lively at night with good food, but didn't interfere with our sleep at night. It's a very good bang for your buck and in a decent location if you like being a little "off the beaten path". I recommend renting a car to get around the island. Not as good if you want to walk places. If you're a walker, stay in the more lively Tumon area - though it's louder and more crowded.
Santa Fe Hotel Guam”
Don't miss to stay in Santa Fe Guam, If you choose this hotel ,you'll have super time in Guam.
Nice hotel but needs a little repair”
We arrived at the airport 4am and no pick up.. we had to call the hotel to let them know that we arrived.. good thing that it was just 10 mins away from the airport.. I thought I got the airport transfer included in the package but i was wrong.. i had to pay $15 for the airport transfers.. Room was nice but i requested for a queen size bed not 2 single beds together!!! The housekeeping doesn't really clean the bathroom when they clean the room because I still see hairs on the floor.. The Red Guahan bus stops at Onward hotel which is just beside Santa Fe so you could just get the 5 day pass for $20/person and just hop on and off the bus!! Nice swimming pool and good food at santa fe grill.. They only have one front desk receptionist pero shift so they were always busy! You have to pay for the internet!!
Good location, stay was awesome”
it was our summer vacation we stayed here two nights then one at other resort, I liked it here at Sata fe hotel, cozy, beach bar was great with live music, friendly ppl, room ac worked very good compared to other hotels. I had no regret staying, will book here again.
Get the ocean view rooms”
I would definitely stay here again. The ocean view room was every bit worth the extra $10/night. I loved it. Rooms are a bit dim, with only 2 60 watt bulb lamps. I went to Kmart and got 2 100 watt bulbs of my own. (If you stay in room #216 they might still be there.) Hotel restaurant is overpriced, but there is a Denny's-like restaurant right beside the hotel called "Shirley's" with Denny's-like prices, and free internet access. Only disappointing thing about Guam is: There are hardly any waves at the shoreline. This happens all around Guam--I checked. For some reason, the waves break about 100 meters before reaching the shore. The water is only 2-4 feet deep for at least 100 meters from shore. And not much to see for snorkelers. This is a great little hotel for the price.
Good deal, relaxing view”
the rooms are about par for want you normally find in Guam for $80 to $100. Everything in the rooms works fine and staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. Having breakfast right by the calm water was both relaxing and wonderful. Have stayed her several times. My only con for this hotel is how they handle wifi access. The wifi always works great but you have to use an access key code for each device. and it expires after 24 hours of usage. so each time you re-connect, you have to re-type to code. not a huge drawback, but when you have to use the wifi a good bit for work, it can be an annoyance. And once the usage runs out, you have to get another code from the from desk(free). But on a good note, the wifi here is more stable than other places i have stayed at in Guam.
Hotel with great view”
Santa Fe is located away from the crowded Tumon district. Beautiful sunset with an island you can walk to have pick nick.
Comfortable with affordable price”
Staff are very friendly and polite, room is clean, good and safe location, beautiful ocean view with affordable price, no too far from "premium outlet", one of the famous shopping mall in Guam. Room with full amenities, perfect for someone with small budget but require a good hotel service,. Sure will check in again during our next trip to Guam.
The LEGEND continues”
ALU and PANG were brothers, always competing and challenging each other to be better for others. This legend is particularly found at this hotel on Guam. I enjoyed my stay because of HOSPITALITY. THANK YOU and enjoy! BRING OUT MORE of the HÅFA ADAI spirit than just saying Håfa Adai on the telephone or as we are greeted!
