OMG NO NO NO”

If you are looking for a FLEA BAG HOTEL,THIS IS IT!!! Person who waited on me, said NO when I asked to see the room before checking in. Said I had to check in FIRST. BS. SO I cancelled reservations. Just from the LOOKS out side and office RUN RUN!!!

Horrible ”

Really rude, degrading staff. It felt unsafe enough that I didn't finish checking in and stayed somewhere else for the night. Additional terms are thrown at you at check-in, and they tried charging me again for the room I'd already paid for. Stay somewhere else! Especially if you're a solo female traveler!

traveling thru Pueblo ”

Not realizing the area, I picked off the hiway. The office which was locked and check in as thru a very small lockable glass window should have keyed me in. We witnessed a woman in the parking make an exchange (suspected drug deal). The room had 2 beds and lavatory, desk microwave and fridge. The AC was a window unit. The room smelled old and used. Not well lit. Toilet lid had burn marks. It made me & my friend uneasy so we did not stay (2 adult ladies). While the man at check in window was pleasant, the entire property was just not a safe environment and too much illegal activity going on for two woman to safely sleep for the night.
