Santaya Villa 3 is part of a unique, three-villa natural hot spring resort. With Bali/Southeast Asian-inspired interiors, every corner is infused with charm, comfort, and style.
Santaya (coined from the Indonesian word "santai") means "relax" and our private resort is the perfect choice to escape and experience some rest & relaxation.
Villa 3 is a solo villa and is not connected to Villa 2. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space.

Things to note:
- Our pools contain natural hot spring water. You can expect the pool water to be warm or hot, depending on your tolerance.
- Videoke may not be allowed (check with us first).
- All other amenities can be found in detail below.
All 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are 4 bedrooms located on the second floor and 1 small bedroom (meant for seniors or those with disabilities) located on the ground floor. Max sleeping capacity is for 25 pax only.
Our beds come with pillows and sheets. Blankets can be requested upon check-in from the caretaker (no charge).
All bedrooms are equipped with their own bathroom. There are two additional restrooms (no shower) on the ground floor, conveniently located near the pool.
Please note that we do not provide toiletries and towels.
At the side of the resort is the kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a sink, two-burner gas stove (costs an additional fee; please see "Extra Fees" section), and a fridge.
Guests are expected to bring their own cookware/utensils and plates, though we do provide the basics: medium-sized pots, pans, knife, and chopping board.
The grill is located by the pool area. You are free to use the grill; guests must bring their own charcoal.
Children 2 years old and above are included in the headcount.
Please enter the accurate (and FINAL) number of guests when sending a booking request. Please note that you absolutely cannot exceed 25 guests, even if you're willing to pay extra. Any excess of this maximum will be denied entry.
- Events fee/catering: ₱1000
- Food Cart, Mobile Bar, Photo Booth: ₱500 per supplier
- Sound system, professional lights & sounds: ₱500 per item
- Time extension**: ₱900 per hour
**Strictly subject to approval and can only be allowed if the next time slot is available. A surcharge of ₱900 per hour will be billed for *approved* extension/early check-in. Otherwise, you will be asked to check-out on time.
As much as we would love to meet all of our guests, management is mainly located outside of Laguna.
During your stay, our caretakers are there to help you for most of the day, from 6am in the morning to 12 midnight. Please do not hesitate to ask our caretakers for any questions or concerns you might have. They'll be more than happy to assist you.
Also, please understand that the caretakers can be busy at times (e.g. when they're assisting other guests for check-in, cleaning the other villas). However, we will do our best to assist you at all times.

Santaya Villa 3 is located in Indigo Bay subdivision, a gated subdivision in the Pansol area.
You'll have a panoramic, breathtaking view of Mt. Makiling, where our natural hot spring water is sourced from.
Santaya is about an hour drive from Makati. The resort is accessible by public transportation. There is parking available in front of the resort and along the street.
If you're a bigger group (e.g. 30-40 pax), we highly recommend booking both Villa 1 & 2. Both villas have the same time slot (2pm-11am) and have a collapsible wall in between (the common area & pool) that can be opened up.
During the stricter quarantine restrictions, we may not be able to accommodate 25 pax. Kindly check with us first to know if we will be able to accommodate your number of pax.
The barangay requires all guests to submit a complete list of all the guests staying at our villa (for contact tracing purposes). Once your booking is confirmed, kindly send us your guest list and include your mobile number and address.
Staff were very polite and accomodative. Hwr, cleanliness can be improved. Had bed bug bites after our 2nd night, shower heaters were also not working during our stay :(

Hi Moises, First off, thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to write us a review. We take cleanliness very seriously and we vehemently DENY that we have bed bugs. All beddings are routinely switched out and washed with hot water & commercial-strength detergent between every visit; we do this even when we think a bed was unused. The beds are also regularly vacuumed. After your alarming claim, we've had our staff carefully check for any traces of bed bugs in all possible areas (bed frames, mattresses, pillows, etc) and none have been found. We also haven't had any reports from other guests about bites. As for the shower heater, we actually do not have shower heaters in our bathrooms nor do we claim to have any. Usually the water that comes out of the showers are lukewarm. We apologize if was a huge inconvenience and we will consider adding heaters in the future.
