Everything is very nice”

It is my first time ever staying in the bunk bed hotel, and this hotel gives me the best experience about it. One of the surprising thing is one the staff speaks my language (Indonesia), and it makes me feel like im home right after arrived at the receptionist area. Bed rooms, shower rooms, and rest rooms are super clean. The staffs are also very chatty and friendly they give me recommendation places to visit as well. So it really feels like home. They also have coded locker so u can put your valuable things inside, the bed area is also enough to put my 24 inch luggage inside. Location wise this hotel is literally in the middle of the city of kyoto, it is only 15 min walking away to kadoiji temple also very near with Gion area. Only 2 min away from the gojozaka bus stop. Checkin time is at 3pm but u can put your luggage safely, and check out time is at 10am and i still put my luggage there till 9pm and dun worry abt your luggage when u explore kyoto city.

In my first impression, too small ?”

When I stayed st Santiago Guesthouse Kyoto, I didn't really fell that a room was small, but had a low ceiling. I tried hard to manage tasks to use computers, put my belongings in order or anything. But while I repeated to stay at Santiago, I found that, it was OK to do almost tasks outside a bedroom, namely an aisle before the beds. And then I comfortably enjoy my stay every stays.

Nice guesthouse!”

Thanks to mas wira, hospitality nya oke banget.

Amazing Staff”

The place is clean, the people are friendly, the facilities are confortable. What it makes the difference though it's María, the receptionist and manager of the place. She was always there for help when needed and she was able to communicate in many languages. She also gave accurate recommendations on where to go to discover Kyoto. Thanks for all the people at Santiago for making me feel at home. Daniel
