If only the air conditioning worked as the room was so hot, and it was summer. Pointless having an evacuation ladder when the window cannot be opened, ever for some air !

The hotel didnt keep the price and we were receiving very poor service from the reception. The hotel were dirty, and smelling. They only accept cash money for the accomodation. We will never use this place again, and we dont recommend it. No way!

根室駅から徒歩１〜２分！ 途中にスーパーもあるから買出し持込もスピーディー。 場所もメイン道路の真前だから、グー！ 駐車場も無料！ ^_^ 地方の街だからしょうがない事なんですが、料金が全体的にどの宿泊施設も割高感がありますね。 釧路市街での宿泊をお勧めします。

ホテルと言うには 昔からの地方の宿屋さんて感じです。暴風雨警報出ていた時で 宿がゆれてました（笑） コロナ禍とは言え周りには食べる所ラーメン屋とカレー屋さんしかなく 街全体見回しても飲食には困りましたが近くに地場のスーパーがある事が救いでした

エリア的にあまり選択肢がないのか、友人がすでに予約済みだったので、ここにしたが、古いボロい昭和のビジホ？でちょっと気味が悪いくらい。フロントのおじさんもあまり感じ良くない。昭和マニアとか好きな人は良いのかも。

グランドホテルより良いのではと地元の方に言われました。 古くてタバコ臭いですが ツインでソファがある部屋であれば ゆっくりできますし、素泊まりならまあ、、 これからいかと思います。
