Don't touch it with a ten foot pole!”
No pros
The only good thing about this hotel was that we'd booked a room with no window and were given a room with a window in what was quite a good sized room. We arrived at the hotel at about 10am and expected to be told that our room wasn't ready yet. We'd just planned to leave our bags there and go off. However, they showed us to our room and said it was fine. About half an hour after we'd settled in they knocked on the door and told us that we now had to pay them an extra 80 000 Dong because we've used the room for longer than booked. If they'd said that at the start, we would've gone with our original plan. When we went out we left the keyring in the room so that the A/C would stay on. It wasn't great A/C and after being in the room for an hour and a half it hadn't really cooled down - we'd also done this in other places around Thailand/Vietnam. We came back to the room hours later to find the A/C switched off. They'd used their key to access our room without our knowledge. It's one thing for them to come in to clean your room (because you expect this each morning) but I don't think they should be letting themselves in at other times. This caused an argument between us and the owner. The bath towels provided weren't great and were only a little bigger than a hand towel and the sheets on the bed were embroidered, which doesn't set you up for a comfortable sleep. They also did not provide a top sheet. When we checked out they tried to charge us for drinks that we'd provided ourselves. Overall, we just felt like everything they did they were out to make a quick buck off. It wasn't a very pleasant experience and one I won't be repeating.

Good room, terrible location”
Room was good for $14! But that's Vietnam- there are MANY better places I'm sure
hotel is terribly located down a very long, straight main road far from either beach or attractios. i had a bicycle with me and even then found it hard to and from; without the bike i'd have relied on taxis- never good. the room was good but i almost always say that because in vietnam, there is ridiculous value to be had everywhere. i wouldn't stay here again simply due to the poor location, as well as the fact that staff seemed somewhat unprepared for my (or any other guests's) arrival. the air-con was also very weak; a sign of cost-cutting. impossible to comment on food/dining as there is none offered here- i gave it 3/5 to be fair. stay somewhere else.
