Perfect place to stay!”
The hostel is great! The rooms are big, comfortable and clean!! The location is convenient, close to the centre! The owners were really friendly and kind with us! We bought with them the bus from Sapa to Hanoi cheaper than outside. Highly recommend!!

A worth mention homestay in sapa”
the hostel owner and his family are all very friendly, fed us tons of information. his daughter can speak fluent english and she is very helpful. we also rent a motorbike from them and they even give us rain coat and gloves cause that is freezing outside. there is around 500 m from sapa town center so either you can rent a bike or a short walk will do. not forget to mention that their bed is comfy and probably best bed i slept on my entire vietnam trip!

Lovely spacious room and helpful staff”
We were located a 5-10 minute walk from the centre, so it’s easy to walk to cat cat village and also to find taxis to the other landmarks. The room was huge with hot showers, even a heated blanket for when it’s cold at night. The owners were nice enough to let us in early morning when we arrived so that we could sleep before exploring

Exceptional”
The room is big and spacious and so is the bathroom. They do have hot shower which you'll be happy for since it's absolutely freezing in sapa. The room is cold but they've put electric blanket in the bed and it is amazing! They also provided a kettle and some tea just outside the room and a hair dryer if you need one. We have nothing to complain about but I would just want to say the location is not in the middle of the action and you do have to walk up hill to get to it. Which is not a problem at all but something to keep in mind. Definitely recommend this place.

Good place to stay :-)”
Kind Staff, who really care about their client. You can also do yourself tea for free - this is very nice especially when IT is cold outside.

Best staff in Sapa”
This has so far been the best stay in all of Vietnam. The room was spacious and fully equipped, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The owner's daughter was super kind to us and went the extra mile to help get us sorted in Sapa re activities. They even let us have a warm shower after checking out. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Great hospitality”
Pros: warm shower and electric blanket, small fire in lobby area, super friendly hosts, very clean facilities, comfortable bed. Cons: hot water takes half an hour to heat up, room can get really cold in winter as there is no heating. On my first night there were also some other guests who played music really loudly and it was difficult to sleep, but not docking the hostel for it as I don’t think it was their fault, and to be fair I had been trying to get an early night as I was hiking the next day.

Hosts were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. ”
We didn't rent a scooter so climbing the hill was a bit tiring. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hostel. The owner is friendly and daughter speaks good English ”
Walking distance from the centre. Super lovely family. Shower didn't have much hot water, though it's possible we didn't let it warm up long enough. Room was a bit cold during the night, but it was alright to sleep. Owner helped us out when our bus was 30mins late by calling the company for us.

Perhaps much nicer in the warm/summer season ”
We stayed here only for one night. The place is nice; however, in the winter, extremely cold as there was no heater in the room we stayed in, and to my knowledge there isn't one in any other room. To be honest, we weren't expecting it to be this cold, but it was. And though, despite the host's most sincere efforts to make us warm and comfortable (they gave us electric blankets and extra duvets), it was almost impossible to stay out of the bed as the room itself was very cold and kind of damp with moisture from outside. There are some cracks between the window and the wall so the cold air gets inside easily. There is quite a bit of mould in the room too probably due to the wet climate of Sapa. Upon arrival we had to wait for 30 minutes before someone showed up to show us to the room even though we communicated to the person via email our arrival time and once there we again emailed to inform that we are waiting. There was only an elderly lady who could speak English (well, we can't speak Vietnamese either sadly) or read as we tried translating some things on the phone. Also, the views from the windows weren't great. In fact, there was some construction going on right outside our room so we could see and hear the workmen in the early morning hours and late afternoons (we were mostly out during the day). The Internet speed was good though. We actually managed to watch a film or two on our laptops. We never used the TV that was in the room – it looks a bit ancient anyway, but it didn't bother us as we rarely watch TV anyway. The bathroom was okay. We are not busy travelers so as long as there is hot water and okay pressure in the shower – which there was – we are fine. Unfortunately no food is provided at the hotel nor are there many options nearby expect for the town centre which is about 10 minute walk down the hill. If you like walking and are fit enough to walk up and down hills, there shouldn't be an issue. To summarise, we would only stay here again in the

Awesome homestay”
Great little place to stay with very nice and helpful staff. Only thing is it's a little out the way, and up a fun hill. Easy enough to grab around when youve got bags though!

Decent budget travel option”
A no frills spot but it worked just fine for me. They had the only soft bed that I have slept on in Vietnam. If that matters to you. They were happy to keep my bag post check out until I was leaving Sapa. No frills, no complaints.

Really very good value, clean functional room for a relatively low cost. No complaints at all. Recommended

Good”
Rooms were good for the price you pay. Hot water and electric blankets are a nice bonus seeing as it's cold in Sapa. About 15 minutes from town which is OK but its quite a big walk up hill on the way back which gets annoying/tiring after a few days. The daughter speaks English fairly well and was friendly.

Great staff and astonishing view!”
The pros would be how nice is the area and how close is from the town center, the staff always nice and helpful. There are no cons really! Everything was perfect besides the small hike you have to make to go back to the hostel at the end of the day ( a minor thing if you ask me). What stood out was the availability of the owner and dedication to it's clients! We had the check in between 8-9 am but we arrived at 6:30 am and he opened us the door with a huge smile, check us in and offered us tea! We had also a great experience with the room since we booked a twin room but because the tripe room was free and had a better view (to the town and mountains) the owner just gave us the bigger one with no extra costs! The last but also important detail is that we needed to rent a scooter but the hostel didn't had any motorcycle free back then, but the owner called is friend on purpose and asked him to bring us a scooter with petrol! You definitely won't find a better place in Sapa!

Great budget stay in Sapa”
We had a pleasant stay at cloudy mountain. The room had two large double beds with electric blankets (which came in useful in the cold nights), and all the facilities you needed apart from a fridge. The family who live/run the accommodation were lovely and helpful but due to the room being in their family home, it could get quite noisy in the evenings with the TV. The rice fields and Sapa town are all in walking distance of the accommodation.
