Clean and comfortable ”

The staff is very friendly and willing to show you where th best local restaurant. The room is clean and spacious. Water in the bathroom is very hot, which I love for those rainy days in Sapa. Each room offers 2 free bottles of water. The bed has an electric heating pad which really is helpful, since no a/c or Heater in the room. Generally, nothing to complain. The location is in the center and close to numerous restaurant and local shops. The hotel locates in a small and a little dark street, but it seems pretty safe. It only took less than 30 sec to walk to the main street .

Fantastic family run hotel”

Fantastic location, very close to Sapa main square, big rooms, 2 large beds in room, electric blankets & fantastic staff. Good price too. Love this hotel!!

Perfect stay”

I honestly cannot think of anything negative about this place. Fair prices (specially if you get a good deal in Agoda), great service amd bug clean pretty rooms with balcony. The location is perfect, close to the main road but in a small quite path (maybe a bit hard to find). Room was cleaned every day, breakfast was good (we had the omelette). They allow us to do early check in at no extra charge, as our bus arrived really early.

Central location and away from the busy traffic”

Although the location may make it a little harder to find, it isn't a bad thing - being off the main streets keep the rooms quiet and a little more private. - Something we were grateful for. The rooms were fine, the staff were nice, and the location was central. Although there was no obvious restaurant or anything in the hotel, there were surrounded by places to eat. We stayed in a village for our first few days and came here because of it's convenient location - near the bus stop to take us back to Lao Cai.

Excellent”

We had booked a room for late as we'd be arriving at 4:30am on the nightbus. Unfortunately when we arrived there wasn't anyone in the lobby, so we weren't able to check in. Around 7am the hosts were in the lobby and offered to switch our booking from the previous night to the next night and we had a lovely stay after that, though after morning it was difficult to find front staff. We had a top floor room with a balcony and it had a very nice view for the price!

Actually booked the room for the wrong night, but staff quickly made sure they had room for us and made the change of nights no problem. Arranged tour with driver that was great. Room was fine, but if you’re looking for spotless - not the place.

The place is really clean, staff are very friendly, surrounded area are full of shop and restaurant, for trekker, is very near to cat cat village trek, and the location is also near to center town and bus station to laocai. is a great stay

Great staff”

This hotel had incredibly friendly and helpful staff and the room was clean, however: - We were there in the winter, the room was freezing and there was no heating. They did have a heat pad in the bed, so sleeping wasn't cold. - The bed was as hard as a plank of wood. No exaggeration. - We were given a room with no external window. it was pretty damp and smelt of mould. We both got sick after staying in the room. Specify a window! Would recommend as budget accommodation for the warmer months, granted you like a really firm mattress.

Nice room”

Room was clean and spacious but lack of fresh air made it a bit uncofortable and after whole day of being closed room smelled moldy. Except for that it's a really nice place, bit hard to find as it was surrounded by new buildings.

Basic hotel but great service”

The room is basic but fine. The bed is really hard. Wake up early because cooking breakfast took quite some time. Custumer service is great at this hotel! We went on a hiking trip and we could leave or backpack in the hotel and when we came back the next day we could even take a shower to fresh up.

Lovely service ”

Great location, the staff will organize tours for you and recommend places to go in town. Pack warm clothes however as the room can be quite cold unless you leave on the heated sheets!

The staff were good, but for the owner's attitude, it was really bad. I have travelled to many places staying at many hotels, but this is the worst. The shower also ran out of water in the morning. OK you've better come to other hotels.

Terrible ”

Booking a room on agoda but can't check-in when we came. The staff said that due to the holiday season, the price must be higher than the price on agoda. She refered us to stay at another room

L hôtel était fermé on nous a logé dans un autre hôtel. Le personnel désagréable. Chambre propre mais très froide il a fallu payer 6 dollards en plus par nuit pour avoir du chauffage. Le petit déjeuner un café une soupe

จริงๆ จองโรงแรมไว้เพื่ออาบน้ำจะได้ไปเที่ยวต่อตอนเช้า นั่งรถมาจากฮานอยถึงซาปาตอนตีสาม พนักงานดีมาก มาเปิดประตูให้ -ห้องน้ำดี สะอาด แต่น้ำอุ่นอยู่ๆก็หายไป เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นไม่ค่อยดี ต้องอาบน้ำเย็น -พนักงานดีมาก ให้ความช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดี -ที่พักอยู่ในตลาด ตอนเช้าคนเยอะ -มีอาหารเช้าให้

위치 자체는 나쁘지 않은데 입구 찾기가 무지 힘들었음. 새벽 도착이라 가보니 키만 카운터에 놓여져 있었는데 방에 수건이 없었음 그거 빼고는 만원치고 훌륭함

제 방에는 창문은 없었지만 굳”

아니 만원돈내고 이정도면 훌륭했다. 덜 꿉꿉했고 냉장고는 없었지만 순수했던 직원들과 저렴한 비용에 만족
