Exceptional”

Best staff ever! Hao, the woman we dealt with was so gracious, friendly and helpful. She booked the bus from Sapa straight to Cat Ba for us an personally took us to the bus station to make sure we got there. She also looked after our bags when we checked out early, but had a day to pass before we left Sapa. Only complaint is that the bathroom was small, the shower almost directly overtop of the toilet, however the water was hot so overall we were very pleased with the Sapa New Orient Hotel.

Excellent”

Good new hotel right in the city center of Sapa and near the bus station. Excellent value for money and very helpfull staff. Helped us a lot with sorting out our itenary around the villages of Sapa. Because of the the staffs help we managed to visit most the villages by ourselves. I would return here. PS: If u let the hotel book a trip to Hanoi. Insist to not travel with Hung Thanh opt for a different company.

Thís ís the second time, We stayed Sapa New Orient Hotel. Stay this hotel as my home. The owner really friendly, kindly and helply. They introduce all nice place at sapa. High recommend for all :)

Well worth the stay if ever in Sapa!”

The most comfortable bed in Vietnam guaranteed (not only my opinion, the young Brit couple agreed)!! The young lady behind the front desk and owner Hao went out of her way to make sure that my stay was as perfect as it could be, the first night there was a minor problem with the TV she quickly moved me to another room to ensure that I was happy. Sapa in November is not the warmest place in Vietnam and albeit the room does not have A/C, it is not needed but they do have an electric blanket that is the perfect finish to the night after a long day trekking in the terraced mountains and visit to the local villages. The hotel was priced very well and is about a 10 minute walk to the city centre but within a few quick steps to the best outdoor BBQ I have ever had (BTW I am a very staunch foodie) and within a minute walk to the local grocery store and amazing coffee shops and local restaurants. The only negative that I have to say, and trust me it is a minor one, is that the ladies cleaning

Value for money”

We stay at the hotel for 1 night at a very reasonable price. We were even upgraded to a more spacious room. The room is up to standard and hotel staffs are just welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located on the main street of Sapa and in walking distance to the center. Highly recommended for those who travel on a budget.

Nice hotel”

The hotel was literally 2 minute walk from where the Bus dropped us off. it was also close to all the other attractions in the city. the rooms are very cold but the bed is heated which was amazing, but if you are planing to come to sapa bring warm clothing because it does get super cold at night. staff were great too.

Stayed for 3 nights. Clean and very nice and friendly staff. They did everything to make your. The room was very nice and the hotel in the center of Sapa.

Chúng tôi đi bằng ô tô nhà lên Sapa khi đó trời mưa, đến cửa khách sạn bạn lễ tân lấy ô ra đón che cho gia đình tôi vào khách sạn. Nhận phong thấy thoải mái phòng sạch thoáng có cửa sổ to nhìn ra đường. Lễ tân thân thiện nhiệt tình. Điều đặc biệt các em rất ngoan chúng tôi ra vào đều lễ phép chào hỏi. Gia đình chúng tôi đã có kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời ở hotel này.

Great value”

I found the room really cozy. Clean. Pros: Enough for me (solo travel). Great price. Nice staff, but not everybody speak english. Although, they try really hard to help if any questions. My roon had no window, but It was good for me, because I slept like a baby, even if the hotel is at a principal street. Near bus stop. I was happy to find this hotel, at a really good price. Cons: The sink was broken. Nothing that affects you, but it gives a bad look.

Very Helpful Owner”

The room is just a small one but clean and affordable price. The key thing i would like to highlight is the owner is so helpful. She is the most helpful one we have ever met. We have difficulties about local dialogue and she help us to arrange the hire the car and even bought ticket to back Hanoi( new year peak season and tickets are very difficult to buy) . Really appreciate what she did for us and this is what we cannot forget her kindness.

Good value for money”

Well situated for us as we did not want to be in the center of Sapa. Simple, but clean. Probably not really warm in winter time as the building seems to be made of iron, but there's an electric blanket to warm you up. Staff was nice.

It was a great hotel for the price, size, and cleanliness, however it was in an area where there was a bit of construction and was a little farther from the city center (10-15 minute walk).

Very good”

Easy walk to main area of Sapa with lots of shops and food stalls nearby. Comfortable heated beds gave us a great night’s sleep!!

Location near to New market”

We booked this place is because is near to our bus station back to Hanoi. It is not in the central location but to walk around 15mins to the Central of Sapa happening.

Good for short stay”

The staff were very friendly and it was nice to have a heating pad and hot shower for cold nights. The hotel is nothing fancy but a good choice for a budget price.

Excllent ”

The owner Ms. Hao, was really helpfull and friendly. She gave us some good tips before we arrived at the hotel. She helped us to find a motorbike, which was brought to the door. The hotel was small, nice and clean and the breakfast was good. I would high recommend other people using this hotel.
