Not worth for the price paid”

Staff is not friendly at all. Book for a VIP room, asking for double bed room, at the end they give me 2 single bed. And, there are no balcony in the room as shown in the photos. Asked staff to help me rent a motorbike, at the end they charge me higher price than i can get from outside, plus ask me pay me when i use for less than a 24 hours. Furthermore, they allow their guests to smoke inside the air conditioned lobby area, never have this bad experience before in any other hotel. As summary, you are able to get a much better accommodation with the price they charged.

Great new hotel”

This hotel is 4 months old, the entire furniture is new and the rooms are comfortable. we were upgraded to the VIP room that was available during our stay by the amazing super nice staff. they will truly do anything for you and remember everything about your preferences (breakfast etc.), an you can also book tours with them. the hotel is a five minute walk from the main street, take that under consideration due to the cold rainy nights. biggest issue we ha was shortage of hot water (it ran out after one shower and was available about 15 minutes later) and bad wifi reception in the room. it was all redeemed after we were permitted to check out late free of charge, so nice of them.

It is ok”

Overall ok. Staffs friendly...everything is good except for the breakfast. it is included in the price and we expect a buffet or some nice dishes, but we were told that they only have instant noodle, eggs and bread. Minus point, the room doesn't have view. The VIP room only has small city view... which we expect to be some kind of mountain view or at least a city view (we stayed at Superior room)

This hotel was only 1 month open so they have a few things to twig yet but when pointed out they were attended to straight away. Being able to have a shower before you catch the night train is a real bonus and at no charge. Reception manager fantastic and will go out of his way to help. Would recommend this hotel.

性价比很高的酒店”

就在沙巴镇中心的喷泉广场旁，位置很不错，而且是一家比较新的酒店，服务人员态度很好，会主动打招呼，有一个还会中文。由于我们春节期间去的，越南当地人订房比较多，我们之前订的房型没有了，酒店免费把我们的四个房间全部升级到了最好的房间，服务员还对我们说我们很幸运。早餐在酒店顶楼吃，外面有一个大露台，风景相当不错，值得推荐！

KS có nhân viên thân thiện và nhiệt tình với KH; gần khu mua sắm và khu ẩm thực về đêm nên rất tiện lợi. Tuy nhiên dịch vụ khá đắt đỏ và đồ ăn bình thường, không có gì xuất sắc.
