Difficult to find. It's directly underneath the Sapa Azure Hotel, but access is by a steep alleyway, Ngò 47. The beds are comfortable with all facilities. The communal bathrooms are rather institutional and the soap and shampoo dispensers are not filled. More penny pinching - towels 20K dong rental. Breakfast is the usual selection of eggs, toast and fried rice with self-serve tea and coffee. The wifi is poor; I was unable to connect at all.

Lovely hotel, clean and luxurious at an excellent price! Close to the treking point, central station and restaurants. The bedrooms were brilliant, clean, well equipped, very comfortable beds. Breakfast was also good. The staff were also amazing, so friendly and did everything to help us! 100% recommend

Not sure why this hostel has such good review. Staff looked pretty jaded to me. When I got to the room there were no clean bed. They seem pretty unorganized. I must say that toilets/showers were good and I was worries about leaving my bike at the hotel overnight because there is no parking. Your bike will be next to the street, but the guy in charge upstairs took good care of it. Nonetheless I would go somewhere else if I were to go to Sapa again.

Staff was good. This location has a hotel and a hostel to accommodate every traveler. A few staff members stood out to us Youssef was an awesome resource to have without him we would have been lost. Also my girlfriend loved Leah super helpful girl provided amazing stories both of them would be why I would stay here again.

Relaxing and cozy hostel”
Value for money: Very affordable Location: In the middle of the town, and 5min walk to the main road to hiking trek. Cleanliness: Rooms and bathrooms are clean Staff: friendly and helpful, and speak good english Facilities: Has everything as stated, WiFi speed is good.

Good stay if you want excellent value for money. The dormitories not only host travellers, but also staff of the hotel in the same building. The receptionist was extremely helpful in finding locations of certain businesses i needed.

Very friendly staffs and great facilities ”
They're very friendly and helpful staffs, have a bar spacious yard. The room is clean and the bunkbed is nice. Public bathroom has hot water 24/7. It was excellent my 2 days there.

Cool place for a couple of nights!”
So, breakfast is maybe not great (you can go to the Azure breakfast, though, and get a HUGE and good one for 150k), but beds are comfortable, staff is super nice and well, location is good, too. Only beer is waaay too fucking expensive, but you can just go get it somewhere else.

This hostel is very new, clean and comfortable. I love breakfast there. Staffs are helpful and very nice to me. Not recommend for old people or big luggage because has to walk down from stairs to get in hostel.

Very bad”
I were in sapa in a very cold day, they refused to turn the air conditioner on because I was alone in the room, the staff barely speak English. Not clean at all, the worse place I stayed in in whole Vietnam. Not recommended at all.

Good value for money but few issues”
Pros: Great value for money, nice bar/pool table area, good drink variety/specials, nice patio, comfy beds with privacy curtains and plugins/lights, decent free breakfast, nice big bathroom with plenty of stalls Cons: Clogged shower drain with hair (flooded bathroom and made a 3” pool out of shower stall)

You get what you pay for so its ok. Rhe location is good and the rooms are ok. Most of the staff, doesnt seem like they know whats going on. Loud music always playing and the pool table is used by locals who are playing and we had to insinst and discuss für 5 minutes befor they let us play. All in all its was ok for 2 nights.

The location was great, breakfast was great, staff were helpful but there was a really bad sewage smell in the corridors that should really be checked out. It was not welcoming at all and walking through the corridor was really an unpleasant encounter. I stayed here 2 nights and the smell was there the whole time I was there. The lockers under the beds were just the space on the floor under the bed that a locker door was attached to. My bag got so dirty because the space under the bed that’s used for the lockers looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years. I had initially booked 3 nights but was not comfortable at all there so I ended up canceling my final night. Apart from that, things were okay but I wouldn’t stay again.

Basic but cold and unwelcoming ”
It was perfectly acceptable bed and place to sleep. Unfortunately that is all. It was freezing cold and I asked to put on the heater, the heater was broken. I doubled up on a blanket from one of the empty beds instead. The entrance is quite a few steps down, not the most convenient with a heavy backpack. The staff was friendly enough, no complaints about them but the entire place had a cold, unwelcoming feeling. Good for a night but not a place I would want to spend more than that.
