Great Location for Snow Festival ”

A few meters walk to Odori Park and Tanokoji?? Tourist shopping area. Just two blocks away from airport bus front of hotel sun route sapporo. Nice and accommodating front desk staff. Nice breakfast as well. Will definitely return. Thanks for the great experience

Snow Festival”

Sapporo Classe is a small hotel near Odori Park. It was reasonably priced for the location during the Snow Festival however, it would be expensive any other time. The room was large but dated, with both a shower stall and tub. Outlet faces were missing in the bathroom but usable, and pieces of tape hung from the ceiling and I'm not sure of its purpose. Mini-fridge was useful and very cold. There is a restaurant downstairs adjacent to the hotel but we didn't eat there as breakfast for my 3 year old was the same price as the adults, which is unusual in Japan. The staff were helpful and at least one person on duty spoke passable English. The hotel does not provide a shuttle or have an airport bus stop nearby. Suggested directions are to take a taxi from Sapporo Station which was convenient enough and about 7 minutes drive and 900 yen. The hotel was fine, but we would consider other options on our next visit.

Had a great time staying in this hotel because of the following reasons: they have a great location specifically because it's near Odori Park; very accessible not only to all kinds of transportation but also near stores, good restaurants and a shotengai; beyond accommodating hotel staff; easy breezy check in/out and the value for money is quite reasonable.

A 3.5 star hotel in the heart of the city”

Our stay in this hotel is unexpectedly more than satisfying! The check in/out procedure is a breeze! The staffs are also courteous and friendly to the guests.

廊下を歩いてたら、すれ違ったスタッフ皆さんが「いらっしゃいませ」「行ってらっしゃいませ」など声を掛けてくださるので、すごく気持ち良かったです。

立地至便、飲食店多し”

さっぽろ雪まつりで利用、大通り公園、地下鉄駅に近くとても便利。 フロントに用意されたコーヒーは割安で好感が持てた。

部屋の関係で、ツインのシングルユースでしたので、部屋も広くて、快適でした。 ロビーが狭くちょっと分かりにくい構造でしたが、部屋は良かったので問題無しです。 すすきのの中心からはちょっと歩くので、今回は季節が良かったですが、冬はちょっと辛いかも。 2Fがロビーで1Fが飲食店ですが、エレベーターのボタンに何の表示も無かったので、間違えて１度1Fに行ってしまいました。恐らく、結構あるんじゃないかと思いました。こういうちょっと工夫すれば良いところを出来るか出来ないかで評価は大きく変わってきます。

部屋によって、外から直接乗れるエレベーターを使えない。 最寄り駅からも少し距離がある。 フロントの接客とかは良かった。 家族連れとかならいいのかも。

Acceptable”

連休で致し方なく喫煙室に宿泊したが、あまりにも臭いがひどすぎました。 気持ち悪くなつたので禁煙室キャンセルないかフロントに連絡したところ、空き部屋はなかったが 直ぐに空気清浄器を持ってきてくれてその対応は感謝しています。 他の宿泊施設でも喫煙室に泊まった経験はあるがこれほど酷い臭いはありませんでした。 事前にもう少し消臭できないものですかね。

旅行支援を使って素泊り3080円でした！ 実質80円なので、飲み会の日の交通費と比較しても最高です！ 老舗ホテルですが、とても清潔で空調も使いやすいです。布団とベッドはすごく気持ちがいいです。お風呂がゆったりできます。シャワーカーテンも爽やかです。BSも見られます！快適な一夜でした。 今回のコスパ的には何の問題も無いです。 (´◡`๑)v ただ、旅行支援や3000円のクーポンバックが無い状況で、また利用するかと聞かれれば、それは無いです。 ①館内案内のQRコードで表示される内容にはフロントロビーにお酒の提供ができるようにありますが、その対応は見受けられません。②製氷機やアイスペールがありません。③Wi-Fiがありません。④枕元にコンセントがありませんし、USBやLANの端子もありません。⑤トイレの便座が冷たいです。⑥冷蔵庫の温度があまり低くない上に、ものすごく使いにくい場所にあります。⑦

宿泊日に北海道胆振東部地震にみまわれました。停電、水道ストップ等のトラブルがありましたが、ホテルのスタッフの方に食事・飲料水またはトイレ用の水をご提供いただくなど献身的に対応していただきました。更に、延泊の希望も叶えていただき、大変感謝しています。
