The staff was excellent manners from the reservation period. Very polite but not too much which we could experience in other so-called good service. Was a very balanced and comfortable altitude. Everything is very good. The location is good, the subway station is just 100mts from the front entrace and 3 stops can arrive at the Sapporo Station. Staff is professional, polite and speak English well, and accept Alipay. The room is the biggest that I have ever lived in in Japan and the scenery outside the window is very good, facing the park.

(+) location very near the exit 3 of Nakajima Koen Station (+) friendliness is 5 star (+) complete amenities and pajamas too (+) helpful staff help us to book taxi for early morning train (+) beautiful scenery in the way in (park covered with snow) (-) a little far from city center Tip: if you travel with heavy luggage i recommend you to use taxi from the train station. Because the subway use steps and it was hard for us to carry our big luggages.

Really good stay at Sapporo Park. Very friendly concierge who offered us guidance and tips on going around within Sapporo. It is 2 stops away from the city centre Sapporo and one stop away from Susukino. Really convenient hotel location. One thing that can be improved would be the facilities such as a gym amenity which will be good especially for guests to patron during winter season.

Sapporo Landmark”
Sapporo Park Hotel could be considered as Sapporo’s Landmark. It has been said many times in many reviews as dated, and it is but on a positive note. Let’s just say that its like travelling back to the 70’s. The sprawling entrance and building can only be described as retro, even vintage. The hotel is easily accessed by subways Nakajima Koen exits 3 but any other will do. After a while, we even leisurely walk all through the Odori ( shopping ) and Sapporo ( central district ) stations but that is for the physically endowed. It has Lawsons convenience store nearby for that quick food and drinks anytime. It has a cute chapel that I think is a venue for functions like wedding and not much about the faith. Two petrified tree trunks ( wood turned stone after a very long time ) can be seen, a treat for the curious and scientific buffs. While it is a huge hotel, our rooms, as with many in Japan are small but sufficient. The toilet and bath is period but more than enough.

Hotel near subway station but old ”
The hotel is very near exit 1 of the Subway station. However, the room was quite old and the lights wasn’t very bright and yellowish. The room was clean but small, especially with big luggages. The staff was Super friendly as he guided us to the room and explained to us the facilities, as well as emergency exits.

Good Location ,Big Room”
Superb location. Have direct access from Subway station, no need walk out in cool outside weather . Park and children playground just beside hotel. My children enjoy and have fun play the snow at this park. Bus station direct to New Chitose airport just opposite and cross the road. Superd location and spacious room. Clean and friendly stuff can speak well english.

Good location near nakajima park”
The hotel location is quite strategic near nakajima park with nearby lawson and subway station. The building is a bit old though and the room isnt that nice. I would come back just because of the location.

Good location, convenient car park, and east access to public transport”
The hotel is location a bit of a distance from the town area but it being literally stone throw away from the train station solves the issue. It is quiet and clean. The staff were eager to help. There are Lawson convenient stores just across the street. The hotel provides plenty of car park (with reasonable one-time fee). Will definitely come back.
