One day is enough
First time and maybe last time staying in this hotel, hotel location which very isolated and unfriendly staff hotel is downturned to this hotel. The most unforgetable moment is when we discover rodent/mouse inside the room.

Highly Recommended.
There is no words to explain about this resort. very very good and clean. I stayed one night in lake view cottage. its built by natural utilities and its wonderful. Room very spacious and ultimate. Bathroom also spacious. Room service and staffs so kind and humble behavior. Location very very good and beautiful natural scenery. Food also very tasty and not so expensive . I strongly recommend this Resort. Thank you Sapu Lidi management to give such a wonderful stay.

Traditional experience
Lovely hotel. It's very traditional and the gardens are amazing. Don't go if you want something super modern or exciting. This place is very relaxing, has streams running throughout, Rice fields etc.

Pleasant stay, idyllic location, average food
Nice room, pleasant surroundings, friendly staff. Only drawback, the breakfast provided was very limited in variety, the food was not covered (flies sat on it) and the coffee was poor. Otherwise enjoyed the stay.

Pleasant but definitely could be improved.
In a very rural area (fits into the theme of the resort) amazing to relax. But insects everywhere which annoys me because there was a roach on my bed. If you're looking forward to a bathtub, make sure you put in special request because not all rooms have it you have to request for it and subjected to availability. There's no air conditioning because it's already pretty cold around the area but could get a little stuffy when the temperature heats up a little. Quite a walk to your room as well. Breakfast was so-so. If it's raining, stay indoor all the time.

Peaceful location with rustic charm
A really lovely location but a little way out of town so very much suited to a relaxing few days in a quiet place. We stayed 3 nights, buffet breakfast on weekends was beyond amazing and actually the cafe/resto was very good, great prices & selection, also included english description of many dishes, as well as good english speaking staff made for an easy interation. We stayed in the Sinden lake view suite, it was private and huge! No a/c but you do not need it here in the mountains, I was actually cold at night and could have done with another blanket. Which brings me to the bed..... probably the worst part of the stay, mattress was a little lumpy (springs poking up) which made for an uncomfortable sleep and a bit sore in the morning. The shower over bath set up was ok, but I kept thinking it would be impossible to get into if you were even slightly frail, unsteady or incapacitated in any way, the steps to get in were very high and in the morning after a restless sleep a stiff back made it difficult to step down into the tub. Water pressure was good with plenty of hot water, it does take a VERY long time to fill the tub but there was enough hot to make a decent bath. There was no hook to put the shower head onto so to have a shower you had to hold it the whole time. The staff were all very sweet and helpful, Sapu Lidi has a super relaxed atmosphere and it was the perfect place to unwind by reading a book, walking around the resort or feeding the fish in one of the many lakes/ponds/creeks. Whilst not the most well equipt resport, a little bit rustic in the rooms and amenities were lacking a touch, I really enjoyed my stay here, I would definitely return for the beautiful service and location, it's the lumpy mattress that puts me off.

Time To Refurbish!
Remote area but cooling weather. We were travelling with 3 teenagers in July 2016. Looked impressive on the website. But when I stepped into our lake suite, cleanliness was our concern. Immediately I bought a pair of slipper from the souvenir shop to be worn inside the suite, especially the bathroom area. Patches of stains on the floor and bath tub. The second night some of us did not even take shower, avoid using the bath area. It looked just grouse! The lake in front of the suite was not a pleasant view at all. A layer of oil can be seen on the surface. Not a pleasant stay!
