Location was far from city. Hotel staff are help you range a ride. There nothing around hotel. In the neighborhood on a hill. There is a restaurant in hotel.

A very unpleasant hotel”
The staff here were like zombies: lifeless, unhelpful, and the one who brought our bags up grumpily insisted on "baksheesh" even though I had run out of coins at that point. (I got a wan smile out of him when I went down with the money later.) The elevator just outside our room was old, clunky and noisy. The room was dirty and we were bothered by mosquitoes all night. Then, believe it or not, they held an awful-sounding music disco downstairs late on a Thursday night till past midnight, which also kept us awake. This hotel does not know what tourists want, and apparently doesn't care. Avoid the Sara Hotel!

The staffs in Sara Hotel are very friendly and the service is quick. However, maybe the front liners need to practice more English. The cleanliness of the rooms are very good. The view from the hotel on Nile is also good. Suggest refurbishing, especially the bathroom. Also special consideration for those who arrived at midnight and has to check out by 2:30 in the morning for Abu Simbel tour - maybe special rate, instead of full rate. Or maybe extended check out time

j'avais choisi cet hotel pour juste une nuit car c'est le plus proche de l'aéroport. La vue sur le Nil est belle. La musique de la piscine nous a gêné tard dans la nuit. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas bon. Accueil ouvert tard la nuit. Le prix de la limo proposé par l'hotel pour aller à l'aéroport est 3 fois plus cher qu'un taxi normal.
