The Sarai Hotel Resort & Spa is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The moment you walk in, your senses will be overwhelmed with pleasure. Everything is so rich and spectacular. The courtyard, lobby and pool area are absolutely stunning, the stuff you see in Moroccan style hotel. This is not my first stay in Sarai. I came back to this hotel for their outstanding customer service. From the front desk staff, to the bellboys and pool guys and bartenders, to the spa staff, every single one of the staff greets you in the warmest yet most professional manner, and they go out of their way to add to your experience. During my check in process, i was assisted by Philip. His gorgeous smile goes from ear to ear and he is always so eager to ensure we have what we need. He is the epitome of excellent hospitality. Sarai Resort & Spa is a big part of why I fell in love with Siem Reap. Whenever you're here, please enjoy their spa packages, cooking class and Siem Reap tour provided by the hotel.

HIGHLY recommend”
Very good staffs and they're so thoughtful and helpful! We had a Angkor sunrise tour in the early morning and they help to packed my breakfast at 4am. Beautiful hotel and nice room! Clean and comfortable and every evening they severed us a little snacks at the room, which is very sweet. Spa is great and the environment is comfortable. Worth to try if you stay there. Breakfast is good. Apart from the buffet, you can order the English/Cambodian breakfast from Menu. Great Location and there is a nice French restaurant nearby. Just one minute walk from the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, great food and facilities (spa, gym, pool), good location ( walking distance from Old Market, Pub Street and right around the corner from Haven and George’s) but most importantly the staff was absolutely amazing! They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay. I can’t thank them enough. I have traveled quite a bit and stayed at many hotels but this one was memorable and will be one of my favs. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Do stay there if you ever find yourself in Siem Reap.

Best Hotel Ever”
I gonna be one of big fans of this resort. Everything is excellent here. Nothing to blame and disappointment. Food and service are just perfect, so much valuable staying here all whole trip when you come to visit Siem Reap. You will fall in love this resort. Even I used to stay another resort and spend more than this, I can told you with my truth that I never deserve any service as good as this resort in my experience. Moreover, this give me a room - upgrade as The Terrace Suite Room where full filled my trip as a memorable dream trip. Don’t trust on me, just you book! I certainly sure that you all will love this place and no way to say wrong choice if you choose this as your stay.

Loved the Staff! ”
Me and my husband went here for our honeymoon and found it to be a wonderful get-away. The front desk staff, Sarah, Sokrath, along with other staff made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. They were always willing to go the extra-mile anytime we asked them for anything. There are many properties in the area to choose from but in our opinion, this property exceeded our expectations in every manner! Also, how can you say no to that pool? Awesome experience all-around!

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They always asked for feedback and comments during our stay at the hotel. The room are clean and comfortable. The pool view is amazing and very photogenic. Though the bathtub was removed and there were mosquitoes in the room, we still enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful stay experience ”
This hotel it was amazing the location was great form airport to hotel they provide pick up service but only free one way it only take 20-30min.Form hotel to night market only 10min if by walk or you can take Tuk Tuk $2 u.s dollars .Hotel staff very friendly and so talkative special thank Ken and Tong they make my stay have unforgettable experience.I will highly recommend this hotel to every one who will visit siem reap Cambodia.Last but not least I would like have breakfast in the bed but I think it was impossible in my this trip.

5 stars for their staff and breakfast”
Excellent. The staff is so nice and amiable. Also, astonishingly, their photography skill is so brilliant. it won't be disappointed when you ask for their help. Besides, I have to highlight their breakfast here. I reserved breakfast for my sunrise tour in the early morning. And the kitchen prepared a huge food box and great food for our start. Needless to say the beautiful hotel view, the most lovely part is that they prepare snacks everyday in your room.

Incredible Experience, Beautiful Hotel”
This was honestly one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at. On top of this, the staff were top notch. Incredibly helpful, kind, and professional at every step of our stay. We also enjoyed dinner, breakfast, happy hour, and even the spa - every part of this was superb. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. I won’t ever forget our stay here. Pretty resort, wonderful staff, amazing breakfast!”
The resort was very pretty and situated in a very convenient location - very close to the city center and all the touristic attractions. The staff all spoke very good English and were very professional, friendly, polite and helpful. A complimentary ride from the airport was included - the vehicle was very clean and the driver drove very safely. Lastly but most importantly - the breakfast was AMAZING. Everything on the menu was free (included) and tasted very authentic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who’s visiting Siem Reap

One of the best in Siem Reap”
This Moroccan-inspired hotel really did it. From check-in till check-out, everything was excellent. After a day's tiring tour, this hotel is what you will need. Everywhere you look, it's just so relaxing here. Cons: can't think of anything, really! :)

Vintage but new”
The hotel interior is impressive, especially the pool and lobby. I recommend to all who love to take photo. Most of the staff are very helpful and approachable. Around USD1-2 if you take tuk tuk or Rickshaw from night market. I think the staff(especially lobby staff) really make a complimentary to overall rating to this hotel.

Lovely hotel, central location ”
Absolutely loved staying here, rooms are a great size and the staff are obliging and helpful. Ask for Daro, he’s usually across the road from the hotel and drives a tuk tuk - he’s very honest, lovely and speaks perfect English.
