Nice hotel if you get the mountain view room. A little bit out of vang vieng center (15-20 min walk), breakfast should improve. Overall nice stay

Large clean room with balcony. Gorgeous views. We enjoyed being on the edge of town for the quiet and scenery but still were able to walk in to town for meals and shopping. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Great hotel in a quieter part of town. The kind, friendly and helpful staff really made our stay great. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The outdoor pool area created a serene and chilled out atmosphere. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It is extremely good value for money.

Really nice hotel in a good location, just outside of town so peaceful and quiet, but within short walking distance of town. The room was really nice and big, big comfy bed, good WiFi, good air conditioning. The pool was really nice, and the staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely pool though need to clean out bugs more often. Nice big clean room. Be aware that the restaurant is only for breakfast! You can order from a fried chicken take a away place from the hotel. Long walk to center and only couple of local places nearby. Laundry overpriced and didn’t smell fresh. But still nice stay for a day of relaxing by the pool and a comfy bed.

Disappointing, rude staff”
Staff very rude to us, clearly prioritising Asian people who were staying there. Whole breakfast was Asian except toast. Staff rude and laughed at us when we asked for eggs and very hostile towards us staring at us and talking clearly about us when we were eating. Additionally, everyone was greeted into the breakfast room except for us - coincidence? I think not. Promise of a fitness centre when there wasn’t one so we had to pay to use a gym in the town a 20 minute walk away. I’ve never felt uncomfortable and racially discriminated against in a hotel before this one. I would not recommend to anyone who is not Asian. Very upsetting.

The staff was helpful. Nice isolated location- meaning away from other bunch of hotels. A bit too pricey for what we got. No breakfast. The pool looks too cloudy - not sure how clean. The jacuzzi next to the pool is never on.

Ok grande chambre comme annoncé sur les sites de reservation. Mais dans la salle de bain, la toilette à côté de la douche ce qui veut dire que tout est trempé y compris la toilette… Mauvaise aération dans la salle de bain. Très peu de meubles à part une armoire pour ranger les vêtements Et un tabouret pour le petit plan de travail . Pas de tables de nuit ni de chaise alors que la chambre fait plus de 30 m2. Produits de toilette très très limités. Pas de téléphone dans la chambre. Pas de service piscine. Le petit déjeuner uniquement basé sur de la nourriture asiatique. Rien ou à peine prévu pour les occidentaux n’aimant pas forcément la cuisine asiatique dès le matin. Personnel ne parlant ni français ni anglais (ou très peu). Un shuttle est mis à disposition 3 fois par jour mais uniquement pour l’aller…. Pas de retour…. Bref, une énorme déception par rapport au prix demandé, c’est-à-dire 70 € la nuit sans pdj. Côté positif : un très bon Wifi.

Rapport qualité prix très insuffisant, les jeunes à l’accueil essayent de compenser. Loin du centre mais pas de déplacements inclus, douche non séparée des toilettes, pas de petit déjeuner inclus pour 95 dollars avec les taxes par nuitée

L'hôtel en lui même est sympa avec de belles chambres et une piscine très agréable, un peu à l'écart du centre ville. Attention en juillet beaucoup de groupe de coéréen ce qui rend l'endroit bruyant! Le personnel est vite dépassé et pas vraiment la pour vous rendre service, le petit déjeuner très moyen
