I wouldn't stay there again. ”
Washroom was in need of update. Breakfast was not good. Overpriced for what you get.

not service oriented”
location, price
We booked this hotel last minutet and called ahead to say we will be arriving around midnight. The night watchman does not understand English and just gave us the key. We got up for breakfast and was at the breakfast area at 8:50 am only to find out that breakfast was weirdly 7:00 am to 8:40am (10 minutes late!) and the lady said no more breakfast, even if we were not informed beforehand, not even an offer of coffee. I guess they cater to tour groups that have set times and don't care about other types of guests. Hotel room itself is okay, basic comfortable. Bathroom is good sized but the shower is strangely in the middle, beside the toilet, so everything is wet afterwards.

Good budget accommodation”
One of the reception staff spoke very good English
The hotel is adequate for a short stay, it has basic bathroom facilities which were reasonably clean. Not recommended for travellers who like more comfortable rooms. The man at the reception desk spoke very good English and was very helpful in booking a mini bus for the trip to Vientiane. Good if you looking for bet than guesthouse/ back packer accommodation but still with reasonable price.

Clean, quiet and modern, but a bit sterile.”
Clean modern room. Reasonably central location. Good view.
Can't fault the modern rooms in the hotel, but the breakfasts were poor. Due to the lack of guests, breakfasts were across the road at a pretty basic restaurant: most foods were very greasy. It's about 5-10 minutes walk to the main action on the riverfront.

Pleasant stay”
Clean, quiet, functional
This was a nice place. Our room had a view of a pagoda and the mountains. The hotel is at the quiet end of town, but near restaurants and a bridge across the river, which makes for a scenic walk. Breakfast was good and everything worked.
