Stay here due to want to find place out from town and near to local shopping centre. 2 store of 7 eleven is nearby and one big shopping mall within walking distance, price is very worth it. will definitely recommend it .

Central location but don’t expect more than that”
The staff was super helpful and accommodating when i needed WiFi to book their hotel. The receptionist was sweet and hotspotted her internet. Our room, on the 2nd floor, was very small with just enough room to close the door and put your backpack down. The bed was a cloud (not in a good way) and you immediately sunk into it, making it very uncomfortable. The bathroom was small and filled with mold but for the location it was worth the 1 overnight stay.

You get what you pay, it's still undergoing renovation, so the room I had is nice and clean however the spring mattress is in a bad shape with spring jolting out and the old AC was noisy, rooms are small but for the price I'm paying, I'm not complaining. it's in the middle of all the actions at Kao San Rd but you'll have to look for it as it's entrance is via a few smaller lanes. WiFi only at reception area, staff was OK and helpful. Will I stay there again ? YES

Since its location is just at the khaosan road it is very accessible from one location to the other. And also khaosan road is just very popular to travellers. So the location is much practical and as for the hotel, its clean and the staffs are nice. I just wish that tgey eould clean the room daily

If you are more unto sightseeing and but accommodation. Then this hotel is highly recommended. A very good location. less than a minute walk in Khaosan Road. A small private room but with airconditioned and private bathroom.

Good location, great value for money”
The hotel is located in one of the alleys in Khaosan road making it very convenient to go to the bars and restaurants. The noise from the party places is not heard in the hotel making it comfortable to sleep in at night. I can recommend this hotel for party goers who want to save money but still want to keep their privacy in their own room.

Okay for a night. It's in the middle of all the KS noise and I couldn't find it. Had to ask at a few places. There is no sign on KS though you can see signs for other guesthouses. The room is fine and basic. All worked okay. Free shampoo. I had to walk right thru the drunk dancing people while carrying my bags cos I arrived at night. I asked for a room on the first floor and they said I had to pay 100 more. Second time this happened on KS. Some very loud drunk guys stayed in the lobby until late. The staff didn't ask them to go. Also the music on KS was going until late. Luckily I was tired from the trip. Not recommended for folks who want to sleep : )

The room was in a great location. Easy to walk to restaurants, street food, pubs, bars and shops! It’s a small room but good for the price. It was relatively clean! The only issue is there is LOUD MUSIC played at bars only a few meters away. I would say it stops around 2/3 am

Near khaosan road but a little bit hidden from the main road. So far so good and many entertainment around for night owl.

Although the place was untidy and not the coziest, the staff were nice and for what we paid we were satisfied. The biggest issue was the noise. Khao San road is very loud until very late. Our bathroom was a little smelly too.

For 2 persons the space was very small, we put our baggages on the floor due to lack of wardrobe. Like this you can move with difficulties. Posted pictures are probably older because the equipment was a bit old. Bathroom is very small. Unfortunaltely the doors are not sound-proof and you can hear the cleaning ladies every morning while chatting with each other. Good point is there is a small fridge and they give you a small bottle of water daily if you ask it at the reception. Personnel is very kind.

OK for the budget ”
I was here few times. It's OK for the budget. Very good location right on khaosan road. They are doing some improvements. Now all the rooms have WiFi. Staff also much friendlier than the early days. For a quick stay I do recommend this place with the budget.

Location is RIGHT next to Khao San Road, so if you don’t want to sleep before 2am then this is the place for you. The rooms are absolutely tiny however, so make sure you can deal with this during your stay. The hotel would be better off ditching the awful 90’s TV’s and stand and giving you more space. The rooms are also pretty filthy - cobwebs and paint peeling off of the walls. You get what you pay for and this suited us as long term backpackers.
