The location is very good. You will get what you pay for. Staff is friendly as well. The room is quite small but it is good enough for a budget traveler like me. Might probably coming back with the same hotel

Great option if you wish to be near Khao San Rd”
Good stay with clean and basic hotel with room options some equipped with fridge, ac ,tv and hot water WiFi etc. Can be a little noisy but that’s due to central location. Will return when back.

The room on presentation is average. However as our stay continued the amount of bugs we had to kill was not normal on the second floor of a hotel. Would not stay here again.

The place is so different from the presented photos. The sheets and pillow cases were quite dirty. It's itchy. The room itself looks a bit old and the furnitures as well. If you are up to comfortability while you sleep and freshen up this is not the place to be. However, the staffs are nice and approachable. Plus, the location of the Inn is accessible to stores, resto, spa, street foods and etc as it is just few steps away from Khaosan Road.

It is in the Khao San district, minus all the noise in the Khao San Road, since it's located at the back street. Hence, it was a bit difficult in locating it the first time. We got lost a couple of times before we finally were able to reach the place. Althtough, it was worth it, once ypu get inside your room, as it was very cool and peaceful. Although rooms were kinda small, it was still cozy, with good wifi signal and refrigerator. It was a big relief to have a ref inside the room, so all our bottled drinks were cold as we bring them along with us during our tours. Staff were also helpful, especially Jen at the front desk who understands and speaks good English. Mr. Nat, of Paradise Travel, an independent travel agency, inside the hotel premise was very very helpful jn providing guides and tips to us in considering the tours that we should take. He was instantly like our official travel consultant there in Bangkok. He knows a lot and gave us good deals on tour packages. He makes sure we are taken care of, and even goes the extra mile in providing service by helping us in our exchanging our Ph Pesos into Baht, and even attending to our last-minute booking of the Elephant Show at Samphran. We already miss this infectious guy. We also love the buffet breakfast provided by Sawasdee Banglumpoo. It was really very filling to our tummies, to get us thru even beyond lunch, as we get caught up in our tours and sightseeing. All in all, we recommend Sawasdee Banglumpoo for convenience, accessibility, and value for money.

the sawasdee banglumpoo inn hotel is a fun and cheap hotel right in the heart of bangkok. literally less than 500 feet from khaosan rd, you have instant access to all the fun the city has to offer. only downside was there were at least 3 cockroaches in our room... but i guess that's part of the culture shock! would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel, Quiet and nice”
Was a bit hard to find at first but once had bearing then it was the best hotel, central to all the attractions that interested us. close to Khao San area, close to taxis, close to everything. Sawasdee hotels are normally budget hotels, however the bunglumpoo inn was definitely on the border of being higher than a budget hotel.

This hotel gives good value for the money. Nice clean rooms with aircon, TV, fridge and nice bathroom with shower. Free and fresh cooked breakfast in the morning. There is also an internet area with high speed adsl. The staff at the front desk speak good English and are very friendly and helpful. Sawasdee Banglumpoo Inn Hotel Bangkok is located in the middle of Kao San Road.

Great Affordable Place to stay in Bangkok !!”
Our overall stay at Sawasdee Banglumpoo Inn Hotel Bangkok was excellent! The staff there were just superb, very helpful and kind. Large shower, decent room, and cozy to stay and do some work. I would highly recommend everyone that visiting Bangkok to stay at this Hotel. It is also very near to the Public Transportation, only about 30M.

It as very hard to find when you are new in the Khaosan Road area, otherwise, for the price you cannot beat this hotel compared to anywhere. Nothing to complain about because the price is so low. The hotel is clean, the rooms are well cleaned and very comfortable. I could not ask for more. I was really satisfied with my stay there.

we have booked our whole stay in bangkok with this hotel because of the great location on khaosan road. we have come and gone from this place to chiangmai and back again. the rooms are lovely the noise is minimal. we stayed on the third level and were sometimes able to get wifi internet if we sat close to the door. although the room and bathroom was nice, and the restaurant staff were lovely,

Cheap, decent, but noisy”
We booked this last minute and were happy to find a decent but cheap place. Checked some other reviews out first and we have to agree that you can't really go wrong at this price. We paid not even 600 B for a room last minute in December, and were happy to have a clean place, small but nicely renovated and AC! We were tired so the noise from the music in the bars outside didn't really bother us, but it might be a problem for some. Read that others had problems finding it, but we found it no problem - just walk along Kao San road and watch for a big Sawasdee sign (make sure it says Bunglampoo Inn though, as Sawasdee has a few other places on the same street). Then you have to walk in a small alley to reach it.

Good place, value for money”
First time staying there only with my spouse...So great location @Khaosan Road ...Very close to the main road to stop for vehicles to Central Bangkok like MBK ...Even we cud go to the Royal Palace, Wat Arun etc only on foot ... And only two steps to the night life @Khaosan ... The staffs were really helpful and nice ... The room though it's small but already complete and clean enough ... We stayed there @Jan for 2 nights Definitely will come back there ...
