We have stayed here twice and had great experiences both times. Very clean and no issues with hot water! Wifi was slow at times but always worked. The host is very accommodating and flexible with checkin and checkout times. She even allowed us to leave our luggage for almost a month while we went on our trip around Thailand. Would recommend staying here, especially for the location and value!

Clean and cheap. Comfortable bed. Good fan, but on hot days this is not enough. If you live in a cold place and dont mind paying a bit more, take AC room. Best way to resch metro is to take nearest boat, or find any taxi with taximeter. Dont take tuktuk if you dont want to pay 2 times taxi price

The tenant was adorable, always asking how we were, kept out bags while we spent our last day in Bangkok before flight, let us stay and take shower even if check out was already done. Whatsoever walls between rooms are extremely thin as we can hear everything in room next door. Improvements can be done for the lounge part of the guesthouse, now it's a bit cold but covid doesnt help. Still I recommend if your looking for something nice and handfull near all facilities (really easy to take busses and Khaosan Road is super close)

Really friendly, English-speaking and helpful stuff that helped me to find my bus connections and gave me information about the city itself. The room was cleaned every day and the showers are a backpackers wet dream. Literally Breakfast was tasty and same as the room, worth the money. Would stay here again right away!

NEWLY REMODELED UPSCALE BACKPACKER SPOT”
Good, solid accommodation in a great location for the discriminating budget traveler. Family friendly. I first stayed here in 1983 and have stayed several times since. Same owner/ manager is still here 35 years later. The entire place was completely gutted and refurbished from top to bottom in the past year and is a model of bulletproof, low-maintenance “Zen Industrial Lite” architecture. The operational procedures have been updated too, so the place pretty much runs like clockwork. I recommend it, obviously!

Great property. Very clean (toilets and showers seemed to be cleaned twice a day) Rooms are very basic but perfect for just somewhere to sleep. About 20-30 min walk to main attractions. Only problem was there was 1 male and 1 female toilet between the whole building so getting in there had to be strategically planned Top place though I liked it Staff were awesome

Cheap, clean and cosy accommodation. We really liked the neighbourhood. Close enough to Khao San road to walk but far away enough from the chaos. Very helpful owners and they serve nice breakfast and ice coffees.

The place is clean and nice. Wooden floor is quite slippery though. I like the drink stall near the house where I got cheap and delicious coffee and milk tea. There is a beautiful temple just 100m walk from the house and the Hidden bistro which is really nice at the night

Very sad to have booked this hotel/hostel”
The rooms are very small. The hostel's staff will give you a negative vibe instead of helping you. Unfortunately, I was astonished to have been treated so rudely. BIG MISTAKE BOOKING THIS PLACE. The hotel's owner will tell you to " HELP YOURSELF TO HAVE WATER OR anything that you want " So the customers need to work themselves upon ordering then why & what we paid you for? The food isn't that good either. Instead, i had food at 7 eleven that was better. And yes the shutter will close at sharp 8 and no more orders. The Ac room is COSTLY doesn't even deserve 300THB. My friend had to park her car in the nearby temple and pay 50THB extra. The hotel has no parking space. They said you can park your car anywhere WOW! Remove shoes before you enter the room? Like what? No TV in this hotel. Shared bathrooms and NO AC for the customers who book standard room by mistake. I met a couple from Germany, they were so much disappointed from this place that they had to book a nearby place withAC

We are terribly sorry about your experience Vivek. To clarify a few points from your experience. 1. We provide free filtered water to all our guest as courtesy. We are a small family owned hostel and expect our guest to do help themselves with free water in our cafe. 2. It is standard policy at most establishments that once the kitchen is closed, food is no longer served. 3. We are a small hostel and it is stated in our policy that we do not provide parking and parking is available as street parking. This information is available if you when you reserve the room. 4. It is customary of Thai culture to take off shoes before entering your room. Whether or not you choose to do so is entirely up to you. Sorry we asked. We're terribly heartbroken that you felt we were rude. As we recall, we served you bedside home-cooked meals and hot tea while you recovered from your cold the last 2 days of your stay with us.
