A good value room in a managed apartment building”
I enjoyed my stay at Say Hi Residence. It's actually a managed apartment building so most of the people living there are students or people working in Bangsaen. Nice room for the price and pretty good location. No room service, staff or anything like that though. It's not a hotel so don't expect one and you won't be disappointed. I would stay there again.

relatively new, good value, near Burapha Univ”
We enjoyed our stay at Say Hi on the 8th floor with view the bay and campus. Only problem was they would not hold our bags when we needed a place to stash them for a few days.

central located hotel nearly new good staff hotel is convenient for beach and restauraunts.you can walk along beach front to further up the coast.there is a shopping mall where you can get most of your shopping,or you can go to the night market where you can buy a lot of the local goods.

Booked during Labour Day holidays so the price was up from normal. However it's close to beach and they provide free self serviced coffee and tea at reception area.

Nice apartment in good location”
This is a self-catering apartment in a residential block. It's very spacious, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning. Simply but adequately furnished. Staff were great, apartment was serviced every day, and the best thing is the location, which is two minutes' walk from the beach and countless restaurants, cafes etc.

I stayed there for Bangsaen 42, the receptionist is very nice. The room was clean. Only, there was no curtain for the window when you came out from the bathroom.

Not a good one”
The room size was big. However, the overall quality was not really up to standard. In the room, there was a small TV but very old so the quality of the picture is very bad and the remote control does not work very well. The A/C in the room is not cool enough. If you prefer to stay in the room with 28 degree or above. This might still be okay but not for me. There was curtain in the bed area but not when you walk out from the toilet which in another angle of the room. The window in that area is quite clear and there are building across from the window so if you are naked, it could be clearly see from another building. One good point of this place is the location! Near the beach, the famous bar and club are just across the street.

Good apartment services in Bang Saen”
Receiption was not standby at the counter along 24 hrs, in case of late check-in you have to wait after calling her mobile phone which posted in front of the room. Room size is big enough for 2 people and look like service apartment than a hotel.

Not really alike hotel condition”
This place is not hotel really, it is more like apartment for university student. There's no facility like hotel condition that much... The corridor from bathroom connected to pantry's no curtain, people from outside can see you naked walk out from bathroom.

Air con room and also bedroom. Needs a paint though but very central. Wasnt told how to check out as girl wast there. Also at night need to use card to ente building. Overall pretty good
