The hotel was located very close to lk metro. A lot of food places availble near by. Many 7eleven stores and Indian restaurants are near by too. The staff for very helpful and kind and even let us check in a little earlier. She even let us take some ketchup and spices to our room so we could enjoy our packed food better. The room was neat. It had a TV, AC, fridge, cupboard and even a Safe too! The bathroom and an instant geyser and it worked great! Overall an amazing choice for stay in Pattaya!

A nice play to stay”
It's a few steps away from Tree Town and Soi Buakhao where there are a lot of parties and street food. It's also very near Central Festival mall. This is the cheapest room in the area but it has everything you need - a comfortable bed, a bathroom and an airconditioned room. I think that they have to polish the floor really well as it seems dirty.

Don't stay here”
The room is not bad, except there are naked men walking around. A naked men can't wait for the lady staff to go back to her because she had to stop whatever she was doing with this tourist men and check me in to hotel. Few and other young girls(work there) scream when they saw me saw him, the guy just stood at the stair and not sure what to do. I know this is a bar but that was just too much. NEVER AGAIN.

Things to do/change”
This Hotel room's ceiling fan is too old and not working properly. Bathroom hot water system/machine is not working. Basin water accumulates, takes a long time to drain. Need to change these issues as I may have in all rooms. Expect these, hotel/guesthouse is good and staff are friendly.
