"I’ve booked in this hotel w/o knowing the area very well as it’s the first time for us in Chicago. At the first moment when I landed, I was impressed with the location of the hotel as it’s in excellent surroundings of green areas and quite Neighbour hood. I’ve stayed in this hotel for 10 days where I was astonished by the staff who all were very nice and responsive to our queries and requests. I’ve interacted with most of the front desk staff and found them very polite and easy going people. Need to mention Jim, Syed, and Becky. Additionally Thomas and Euclin who were taking care of building maintain we and housekeeping. Hotel is ~10 mins away from Woodfilwd mall which is an amazing shopping mall in Chicago and Schaumburg. Other shopping and department stores are wishing 5-10 mins by car from the hotel. My family and I, have enjoyed our stay in the hotel which will remain in our memory for long time. Would like to thank hotel management for their attention to their tenants. "

"I stayed here for 5 days. I really like the view of my room which I requested prior to checking-in. It's facing the pond which gives me some relaxation. Balcony door is locked for some safety reasons. Friendly, helpful and approachable staffs from front desk and house keeping. Beds were so comfortable. They have a complimentary tea and coffee with a coffee maker. No water so you should buy prior to your stay. Free shuttle within 5 miles away from the hotel. Kind'a great because I get to go to the mall and restaurants which is just close to the hotel. No free breakfast. The only thing here is when the other room beside you is noisy because it's not a sound proof room. That's why I had to change my room. Other than that, all is good! I would surely recommend this hotel. I'll surely come back here. "

"Looks a little shady outside. The 1st room I was put in smelled of urine (ammonia) turned on air and went to get food and still smelled HORRIBLE. The clerk then put me in another room but never changed in the computer. Thank god I bolted the door, because the night clerk gave a key card to someone else to the room to get in but they couldn't open the door to the room I was actually in."

"We stayed 3 nights and found the room comfortable and staff - especially Jay! - very accommodating. It is a long drive into the city, and traffic was difficult most times we drove in for graduation festivities, but we were totally satisfied with our room.
