Very noisy air con. Restaurant closed, no nice restaurants in the area. I booked a room including buffet breakfast but was given a list at check-in to pick breakfast from. Breakfast pre packed and cold.

We regularly stay at SD Avenue as it is close to where we do business in Bangkok. Hotel is clean and well priced.

Serves its Purpose with good service”
sd is a decent hotel at a fairly reasonable price. the location is good for where i needed to be but is perhaps not ideal for the general tourists. the biggest drawback for me is the internet is not available in the lower floor rooms...i don't understand that. the restaurant is quite good for thai fare and there is now a decent coffee shop in the lobby. in the pinklao area, i think it is a good overall choice.

3 star hotel. Rooms sizeable enough. No english tv channels. Polite and friendly staff who speak english. Hotel used by Vietnamese, Chinese & Thai tour groups. Great location in respect to large shopping centres, Khao Sarn Rd, Royal Palace and plenty of restaurants all around. Easy to take a cab from there. If going to MBK maybe 100-120 bt...about 20-30 min depending on traffic.. Cab to local shopping centre about 35bt. In all a reasonable hotel for the price.

Good suburban hotel”
Well located near major suburban shopping centers...Central Pin Klao and Tesco Lotus. Easy taxi ride to the Palace and Khao Sarn Rd, and about 40 min taxi to downtown. A 7-11 50 m away and a few local bar/restaurants either side of the hotel. Hotel is usually used by asian tourists. Basic English spoken from front desk. Rooms are basic but fairly comfortable. Good sized bathroom. Restaurant has a great menu and reasonably priced. We have stayed here 6 times and find it good value for many and convenient.

Great location in Thonburi”
we choose this hotel because it is on the main road and closed to central plaza. the room is clean. there is no bath in the bathroom and the partition of the shower zone (wet zone) and the washbasin (dry zone) is too small and not work. the light in the room is addequate for working at the desk. we book the 3-person room but when we departed, the third bed, pillow, blanket and the in-room equipments were not prepared. we had to ask the hotel again and the roommade came. the check-in and check-out service wes well, not take time. there is the swimming pool but we have no chance to try it.

Good location to suburban shopping complexes, restaurants and transport. 10 minute taxi ride to Khao Sarn Rd and the Palace. Rooms are clean and comfortable. TV only has Thai speaking chanels. Beds are large and comfortable. We had free breakfast as part of our deal...mainly Thai/Asian style. Free parking. In all a pretty good hotel that generally caters to mainly Thai and Asian tourists...but welcoming to all.
