i know the Sea Breeze Jomtien Residence and i booked up that hotel. what i got was it;s sister hotel a new hotel to take the overflow of cutomers and i was told that i had not booked in to the Sea Breeze Jomtien Residence. but the hotel??? what .... it was 1.5 k from the other hotel and 1 k. from the beach. and very nosiey at night until about 12.30 when the bars across the road closed for the night

There are so many hotels around Jomtien beach that there are really hotels tailored to your needs. This hotel matched perfectly our needs during this trip. The price was quite reasonable and we were satisfied with we got for the price we paid for this hotel. The room was of decent size and it was very well maintained and appointed.

Not a bad hotel if you know what you are booking”

A decent hotel that I would say is value for money. Make sure you know the location of the hotel as it is a bit off from anything. 10/15 min walk to beach. But a few nice restaurants around. And the area is growing. 10 min motor bike or taxi ride to walking street which is easy to do.

Decent hotel. Location not for everyone (but my friends live nearby). Cheap hotel yet clean md big rooms. Beds are hard (only real fault) others good price and it is a 3 star hotel.

I needed a room for the night close to a friends place. This place was fine, but you can get much better for the price I paid in the low season. It is near 7-11 which is great because if you do not have a moto, everything is a good walk away.

Sea Breeze Jomtien Residence”

1,5 km in the middle of nowhere. Had to drive motorcykle taxi to get to the beach. Really bad experience with this mix of hotels. Resort was ok but we could not change due to fullbocked. Residense had stupid location and bad cleening of rooms. No service. Bad noise insulation.

A good value for money in a really good neighborhood with very friendly people and all the restaurants and shops you need, several bars too and a market. Its 5 minutes drive to Big C, large Lotus and Mackro and a 10 minute walk down to beach road
