We stayed there for 2 nights. We are 10 pax with 2 Senior Citizens and 3 children. Their staffs are very accommodating and able to provide for our requests. They are not serving lunch or dinner but the good thing is, it is nearby the beach with a lot of restaurants/food choices. Highly recommended!

Spacious and very clean room. Arrived at 11:30am and let us have an early check-in. Staffs are very accomodating. It was my 2nd time staying here and will recommend this to my friends.

Point for improvement: one of the female receptionists needs to be more responsive when being asked. Sometimes, she just stares at you after you ask a question. She needs to be more friendly, that's all. But the others were accomodating. :) Thanks Sea Jewel!

It’s actually good. The cleanliness of the room and the bathroom, plus there’s balcony where you can dry your clothes. The receptionist is kind, very helpful and approachable. However, we experience a water interruption during our stay which caused us inconvenience. No shampoo, no dental kit, no bottled water provided. (common things a hotel should have), but its fine tho, good thing we have those. Also, I thought its a beach front hotel, but its not. Its very uncomfy to walk to that tiny ‘eskinita’, no lights at night. Im not sure if they clean the pool everyday, the water seems blurry and its around 1pm. I recommend this hotel if you and your group are on a budget trip. Good for it’s price.

We booked at Sea Jewel Resort but we were told that our room is in Sea Jewel Hotel which is not beach front!! No option for breakfast and it is not even worth P200 per head. I would say the price we paid is not worth it.

need to walk around going to the beach side, but not far. location is ok, the staff is ok but they dont have a lot of staff. the room is ok too not so big but too small. every room have balcony also. they also have swimming pool. so all in all was ok.

After a long drive, we arrive late nyt at this hotel but so disappointing after the receptionist told us that there is no available for our booked room as he said that it's agodas fault because it did not confirm to them regarding our booking. Finally after waiting he gave us room. No toiletries inside the room, but you can ask at the reception.

Best stay in PG so far”
We usually have our annual PG moments and it started way back high school years. Me and my friends have spent years going back and fourth to PG for relaxation, moments together, countless talks and fun nights. Sea Jewel Beach Resort has been our best hotel in PG so far. Looking forward on our trip next year and hopefully we can stay in this place again. Thanks!

My family( group of 6) stayed here last nov 30 to dec 1.. overall we enjoyed our stay. the room was very spacious, we had three beds, we had a balcony and the room was well lit. just a few walks away from the beach but it was very accessible. The Staff are very nice, they also pointed out suggestion where you can but cheaper items if ever you needed one. Note to Sea jewel: please repair your doors, we stayed at room 210? the room in second floor infront of the stairs.

Unlike the negative reviews here, my family enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff at the front desk greeted us with a smile when we arrived and all our queries were answered. Their marketing manager met us at Batangas Port, giving us further instructions in going to the hotel. Also, upon checkout, they assisted us in booking our return trip and in getting a tricycle which will bring us to Balatero Port. We didn't try their restaurant though as there are a lot of dining options to choose from along the White Beach shore. The room was big enough for a family of 5 and we did not have problems regarding the signal of TV cable. Mobile data has good coverage but similar with other hotels in the area, wifi is only available at the lobby/ restaurant area. Some points for improvement though - toiletries were not provided except for the bath towels and a tissue roll; water pressure is not enough to provide abundant supply of water for shower (which is understandable though due to the area).
