i liked the location it was close to beach
i didn’t like that it has no ramp or elevator. i have 2 kids and i had to carry them everyday up 4 flights of steps plus our beach stuff or any other luggage we have

Great location but no parking provided”

The location was great and the unit was nice.
The unit was not very clean. We found a used toothbrush and a pile of dirt on the floor in the bedroom. There was also grime in the bathroom. Additionally, I feel that there was a bait and switch with the parking because the ad said there was free parking with the unit, and there was no parking except for street parking. This meant we could not move our car the entire time, which was awful.

It was a great weekend”

Great location, close to the boardwalk and attractions, very clean, a great weekender.
No designated parking was an issue, had to park several blocks away, Air conditioning does not cool the bedroom, Had to overcool the living room to be able to sleep in the bedroom.

The rooms were very spacious and clean with lots of extras included. There were yard games for the beach along with extra blankets and a great kitchen set up. Outside seating area was the best very comfortable chairs and cover from the rain.
The entrance to the rooms in narrow and has a lose board that is in the way of the path. This caused the other person staying to trip and fall slightly injuring their hand.

Disappointing”

About the only thing likeable was the convenient location.
Parking was disappointing and concerning. After finally finding the parking (directions for our of towners weren’t clear) we had a few block distance including across the major highway hike back to the hotel. Did not like that I could not see my vehicle especially with h2o going on that weekend. Parking could have been better thought out, the hotel was full yet I was the only one parked there?? Did not see any staff on premises at all. Photos were deceiving of what the room actually offered its guest. Don’t expect quality. Good if you’re in a bind. Will most likely not be returning.
