The place is good, its just that i booked with agoda that we are 5 adults and the maximum occupancy in the room are 6, i add 1 more extra bed but when we were at the resort, they are charging me additional P1000 each for the 2 extra person with me, i just thought that the number of persons per room was exact but we were charged with 2 persons.
Nice hotel but I hope they clean the beachfront”
Pros: Value for money, great facilities, we enjoyed the natural hot pools, accommodating staff, and great food. We were with our 92-year-old grandmother and the easy access to the parking space to our rooms was one of the reasons we chose to stay here. Cons: Disappointed with the big swimming pools because it was so dirty and it seemed it wasn't being cleaned for a long time when we were there last June 2018. The beachfront of the resort had a lot of garbage, you don't get to enjoy the view from the beachfront benches because of it.
"View Didn't Save"”
It's quite disappointing, after a long travel, to reach a resort with rooms that badly need refurbishing. Bed mattresses emit some kind of smell, outdated room furniture, old bathroom tiles to name a few. Safety at the swimming pools should be considered, a lot of sharp edges at the steps which is dangerous especially for children...The only saving grace are the sea view, the thermal pools, the kind staff and the hefty breakfast they serve. I hope they take this constructively.
Love this place”
I think this will be my new favorite resort when I want to go diving in Anilao. Staff is SUUUPPERRR NICE! Food is great ! Rooms are Huge (but can use a little maintenance). I love that the CR has bidettes. They ran out of towels for a short while while we were there but only once and they did remember and bring up some once they had some dry ones. You can really tell that Management will go out of their way to make sure customers are happy. Now you can find some reviews that say, they have a bad beach. Here is my opinion... theyve not seen other resorts in Anilao. Compared to Boracay - sea spring beach is ugly. But for anilao - be thankful you have one. Anilao is a diving area, not a beach! Love sea spring pool and they even have natural hot spring! Kudos to the staff!
Very ideal Hotel for families”
I have kids 6 and 7 years old... but I also have teens that are 14, 16 and an adult 22. It's always troublesome finding a resort where someone wont get bored. Then I found seaspring... the older ones dive while everyone else enjoys the pool. At night we all bathed in the HOT SPRING pool that was heated between 35-40 degrees..... Place is great!
Perfect for both diver & non-diver”
Plenty of things to do.... and this has one of the best beaches in Anilao. Contrary to what people say about not having a beach, these people didn't know that Anilao is mostly full of rocks cause it is meant for diving. Sea Spring is the resot my kids enjoyed the most here and we've been to several!
Great staffs indeed”
We had a great stay though the place is kinda far. Room price is reasonable. We love the sauna and it’s open for 24 hours as well as the hot springs. Thank you so much for all the staffs who took care of my request to set up a birthday greeting for my dad in the room I booked. They did it really great. My dad was so happy.
Huge and good priced”
The resort serves good food. Prices very very reasonably. They have multiple pools and also hot pools that come from natual fresh hot spring. The resort is owned by koreans who have been in the country for decades. Rooms are not luxurious but well maintained. All rooms face the ocean and have nice balconies. Anilao is known for fabulous dive sites and they have a dive shop. That serves this.
I can definitely recommend the place is good for relaxing. Especially with your family. The staff are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The surroundings are clean, when it comes to food it's kind of expensive. But they offer menu good for 3-4 person but still pricey.
Offers more ”
Anilao for me is just about diving so I was pleasantly surprised about other activities that Sea Spring provided. I enjoyed the hot springs, and we also hired a hotel guide to go up a nearby hill for a sunset view. I also liked that I could park right in front of the room. My friend and I are vegetarians and I appreciated that the restaurant staff understood our dietary requirements.
Philippines standard not good for Foreigners”
Unfortunately we did not find that this hotel catered well for Foreigners, much better suited to the domestic market. Good peaceful location and good facilities within the complex. The rooms are very basic with limited amenities and in need of repairs and upgrading. The restaurant food was very limited and forget the bar as only offer beer, no spirits or wine at all. We enjoyed our stay although not the standard we expected. The price was very high for what was provided. They need to upgrade rooms and offer a much better range of food and drinks to meet their stated rating, disappointed.
Will definitely go back!”
It was our first time to go to Mabini, Batangas. And I would say that itll be one of those trips that we'll never forget. The trip may have been like a roller coaster ride but I would say that we really enjoyed our stay there. I would recommend you guys to take the long-cut version going there (wherein youll pass by Camp Netanya and other resorts) instead of taking the shortcut that Waze tells you to take so you won't get shocked with its zigzag turns. Once you get there, youll be surprised. The place was huge. Pools are well maintained. You should definitely try their hot springs. So relaxing! They also have a sauna. You can also play billiards and volleyball if you like. Rooms are very spacious and offers a great view. The rooms maybe a little outdated but kept clean. Food was good too.
one of the best resort I've stayed with. very relaxing, very clean, staff's are very friendly. they have a saltwater hotspring and a sauna. if you are also diver, they lots of dive site near and accessible by boat and they offer a competitive pricing on diving courses. so your looking for a place to relax this is it.
Nice resort with relaxing view”
Resort was clean. Place was very relaxing. A/C in room 225 is not working properly. I felt i was in a sauna and we need to wait for 3 hours in a hot room before they transfer us in another room. Food was great but TOO Pricey. Very nice staffs.
Fun Day at the Beach”
Went here to stay close to the beach and enjoy the sea-water pools at the resort. We were quite surprised by the excellent Filipino food and Korean desserts there. Kids and parents alike enjoyed it all!
Wonderful HOT Springs”
The room was large and comfortable, it was dated but nice. A/C worked well. The pools are nice and clean many pools to choose from, the Hot Springs and sauna make it worth while!! The views are wonderful... However, the restaurant is out in the open and you have to battle flies every time you eat breakfast lunch or dinner!! There are NO other restaurants to go eat at...The is no beach to sunbath on or to even walk into the water..
Resort has potential but very dirty rooms”
The swimming pool and the slide got us, the property is quite big so even if there are alot of people, the pool is not jampacked. My kids enjoyed the pool. There were huts that allowed people to.bring in food and even grill your own food and that was a plus. Food in the resto was not good, maybe for korean it is but for us it is a thumbs down, i think the main cook is a korean. Old furnitures and fixtures are fine (you are in a province anyways) but the room was so dirty. There were hairballs and dust were in clumps. We even saw candy and biscuit wrappers underneath the bed. The feet of my kids were black because of the dust. Towels were as thin as tissue paper that it cannot dry anymore. The soap dispenser were not working and it has full of mold. However, staff are very courtous and friendly from the from information, housekeeping, waiters and even their guards. This resort has potential,.long as they make the rooms CLEAN.
No hot water. Bring your own water heater”
The weather was pretty bad when I went there again with family. It was raining hard and the wind was cold. Good thing there was the hot spring since the pool and wind were extremely cold. 2 kids in our group had a cough but wanted to use the hot spring. We figured it was ok since we assumed the warm water and minerals would heal their cough in a way. After taking a dip in the hot spring, they went to their respective rooms to shower but there was NO HOT WATER. The water was very cold - same as the weather. We called reception about it and someone went to the room to say that their solar heating system was not working. I stayed here the previous month on my own and back then, there was also no hot water. It was ok since the weather wasn't so rainy so I survived even without hot water. Their claim about their solar heating system being damaged had little reliability. I don't think they even have one. So bring your own water heater unless you have really thick skin.
love the water slides!”
Perfect for the family, but the facility could use a bit of an upgrade. The food was not terrible, but be aware that there is nothing in the area, so you are stuck in eating the resort food. the prices reflect the monopoly
