COCK ROACHES, dirty, hard to get ahold of anyone”

COCK ROACHES!!! Dead and alive everywhere! DIRTY!! pillows were unwashed and covered in animal hair and white stains. Weird smell. The house had not been deep cleaned or swept even though you pay a 400+ cleaning fee. The contract has a pest/dirt clause where you’re just at a loss if you leave or complain. Don’t book unless you want to pay 800+ a night to deal with cock roaches. They should definitely at least replace cleaning staff. They ask YOU to sweep and when we arrived it looked like the cleaning staff hadn’t went back over the previous people. Also the pool is dirty, not heated, hot tub doesn’t work. It’s impossible to get a hold of management as their number is for a call center and call center says they have very limited information. I’ve stayed in Florida twice a year for 10+ years and have never had a facility with live cock roaches so idk, be careful to read the contract!
