Wonderful Hotel that i Recommend ”
This time i stay at Seabed Grand because i have to stay near the Town this time. Everything was great. The staff at the checkin, ans big thanks at the bartender, he was very friendly and helpful. After small rain he help me to not get wett and let me sit inside the bar. The Room was perfect for me. Everything very clean, beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was good and enough. Next time when i travel to Phuket town. Definitely i will book this hotel again

What can I say other than that this place is Outstanding the staff are so warm and welcoming from the first day the hotel is so clean the rooms are beautiful the beds are amazing the pool is gorgeous not all rooms have a pool view I wasn’t worried about the view at all but would recommend if you can get a room with a pool view you won’t be disappointed at all in fact I will be extending my stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to you, you won’t be disappointed oh yea the buffet breakfast in the mornings is fantastic great choice of foods

Great location and employees there were excellent and attentive. Would like to commend the bartenders at the pool bar who provided us with high class service quality and definitely would come back here again as the rooms were clean, service was excellent and ambience was very relaxing. Good stay, huge room”
Smooth checkin, good for 1-2 day stay at Phuket town area, 8 mins drive from chillva weekend market. Hotel building not very attractive in design but swimming pool and pool bar is good. Clean and spacious hotel room, very thankful for the birthday decorations and free fruit platter delivered to our room. The gym is small and no mirror which is kind of disappointing, breakfast buffet was decent. Overall it was value for money and pleasant stay.

Comfortable bed, clean room, nice pool, good location in Phuket town, very new, good value for money. The only low point is air con was set at 25 degrees, no matter how many times we tried to change it so it was very hot at night.

Comfy Hotel!”
I stayed there in superior room for 7 nights in Dec 2020. The hotel was nice. I like the room. The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtain made the room completely dark. I really had a good sleep. Rain shower in the bathroom was also nice. I didn't book room with breakfast. Only ordered room service. The food was just fine but reasonable price. I used the Pool Bar several times. The two bartenders; Mud and Bank were friendly. Poorly the Bar didn't have happy hour or any promotion. Must have! The Housekeeping lady (Sorry I didn't ask for her name) was very kind and had service mind. I put DND on for the whole stay. I asked for make up room only once. But the Housekeeping lady always ask me to replace towels or give drinking water or collect trash whenever she saw me around. However, my only concern is Reception. I didn't get the welcome drink voucher but I saw people used it at the Pool bar (It's not a big deal but just .... anyway, the bartender served welcome drink to me when I told them that I didn't get the voucher.. good job!) The Reception staff seems less care of guests. They look sooo busy all the time. I suggest the hotel provide more and more training for Sequence of Service and Standard of Service.

Decent hotel for the price”
Definitely would not consider this 5-star but it checked the boxes. We booked this hotel to be close to the night markets but still a bit far from the weekend market and Old Phuket Town. I’d book a hotel closer to either next time. Walking to the night market is along a freeway without a sidewalk sometimes. Old Town is neat but requires a taxi. The hotel pool is nice, comfy, good chairs and nice design, worth the extra money for a pool view. AC is cold, beds are comfy! Breakfast is good too, worth the extra $ to include breaky! There is some black mold inside the shower at the bottom that could be cleaned a bit better and a few more towels would be nice next time. Gym is decent, small but would be even better with more plates on the squat machine.
