Excellent place on the beach with charming staff”
This place is located in Haad Yao Bay, which is approx. 10 km from Thong Sala (30 mins by motorbike) and 20 km from Haad Rin (45-50 mins by motorbike), away from the noise of many touristic places in Haad Rin expecially. This is an excellent location for a good rest and holiday, therefore recommended to stay for at lease a couple of days. Seaboard has a variety of rooms including double bed, twin beds, and bungalows for 3-4 persons also. The bungalows are really nice and have aircon. They are on the beach, some of them with ocean view. The staff was really amazing. Had language issues sometimes, however they are very friendly in arranging everything including trasport (taxi), motorbike rental, laundry, trips on the island. They have an excellent cook, who prepared everything we asked for, even if it was not on the menu. If there is nice weather they do barbecue on the beach in the evening. We booked for 5 nights originally, but extended to 7. Overall, great place in Koh Phangan, well located to either stay and rest or go around the island from here.

Bungalow on a beautiful beach”
Seaboard Bungalows has a very laid-back vibe and really nice staff. It’s right in the middle of the beautiful Haad Yao beach: turquoise water, soft sand and not too many people! Important to know that there’s a party on Wednesday and Friday until 11, if someone is bothered by loud music. If you need anything (cleaning, laundry, transfer) just ask the staff!

Nice Sea view, Italian Restaurant and DJ ”
Seaboard is located right on the beach at Haad Yao. They have an Italian Restaurant with less Thai Cuisine but there are few thai restaurant just near to Seaboard. The room was quite big and had 1 King and 1 single bed. There might be mosquitos however we didn't got any to bite us. Rooms are equipped with Mosquito net. The fridge was empty and no complimentary water was given. Wifi information in the room was wrong so had to ask at the Reception. The person at Reception was quite good and helping. The Restaurant had water to drink there with glass, if refill then there will be charges. Room would be clean only once per week according to the rules. Taps in the bathroom were too tight to open. Lots of tuktuk go to Full Moon Party from here for 200THB per person for one side and so it was very easy to go to Full Moon Party. All in all 7.0 rating.

Great stay in a fabulous location”
Our family had a really lovely time in Seaboard. The location is superb on a fantastic beach. The communal area and beach facilities are great - an abundance of hammocks, cushions, loungers, etc, and lovely lights on the beach when the sun goes down. The bungalows are not fancy, but spacious and comfortable with good sized balconies. Food in the restaurant is nothing special, but fine. The party on Wednesday evenings is good fun and wraps up early enough to suit the family vibe of Haad Yao. At this price point I think this is an excellent choice

Great Place ”
Seaboard Bungalows is on the best beach, clear blue water, the softest sand. The bungalows are spacious and clean. It truly is worth a stay. On Wed they have a artisan market place with a beach party that was great. The music needs some help as it is all techno and given the area is so laid back they could get a DJ that plays a variety of music. While the staff are good they seem so unhappy. Not sure what is causing that. If they are unhappy management should ask why and perhaps do something about it. Max and Johnny are great. Very accommodating. If you are looking for a place with no kids then you maybe disappointed as this is a very family oriented place. The hammocks on the deck are a great place to hang out. They could use some umbrellas on the beach as the sun is extremely hot, there is not too much shade. Overall Seaboard is a relaxed, laid back place too stay. Many local expats come and hang out and we met some great people. But you cant beat the beach fantastic.

Paradise on Koh Phangan”
Not a 5-star resort, but it doesn't claim to be. Our bungalow by the beach was exactly what we were hoping for. It was comfortable, the A/C worked well, staff were very nice and helpful, the owner helped us book day trips/tours and transportation to take us to a party across the island. The best part is that it was a 30 second walk to a gorgeous beach. I would definitely recommend Seaboard Bungalow for people looking for a low key place to stay by the beach.

Great location and great place to stay”
My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks. The bungalows are very clean, beds comfortable and big rooms. The staff is amazing. They are really accommodating and always happy to help. The Thai food is really good and the prices are reasonable. We have been coming to KP since 2001 and this is our favourite beach and bungalow. We highly recommend this place and we have rebooked to return at Xmas. Thank you, Max and Paula

Good for parties at the beach”
If you came to go to parties it's just perfect place. They have amazing beach and good parties twice A week. The best music at Had Yao (house techno) is at the seaboard. Facilities are not the same joy, rooms are quit old.

great stay on awesome location”
owner confused our booking and was super sorry so that we got bungalow upgrade and free dinner on first evening. that is great customer orientation. the resort area itself is laid back but directly on beach. the restaurant dishes some decent food, but would not be the main reason i stay here ;-) what i came for is beautiful beach and well located bungalows on awesome beach - that I for sure got and was happy I stayed here with my family. thanks.

Great beach hotel!”
I stayed with a group and we all had a great time. Awesome spot on the beach with a great restaurant and bar. Rooms were spacious and clean. Typical Thai bathrooms but very clean. Only downside is that the hotel is somewhat far from the Full Moon Party location - but was easy to take a taxi there. We liked the location as far as more relaxed nightlife and a pretty beach. Highly recommend!

Great location, right on the beach. Relaxed atmosphere of the place. Simple accommodation, but clean and efficient for the price. Shower on the beach. No beach towels and deckchairs, but there is a wooden shelter where you can lie down.

Best location, top food (the Italian menu is of a high standard) and idiosyncratic service. The selling point here is a sense of community. This is where le long time residents congregate for sunset, and charachters abound. Inspired playlist. The bungalows are large and comfortable.

A place in paradise ”
A very lovely place, I would come back every time. The only thing which wasn't so pleasant, we booked on the evening before we left an taxi to the ferrie, but somehow there was an missunderstanding and we had no taxi in the morning and it was a struggle to find somebody to drive us to the pier. Nobody had a number for an taxi or was willing to help me :-(. However big thanks to the lady at the laundry place by 7/11 who took the time and helped me to find us a ride.

Simple resort, Helpful Staff”
After changing room 2 times (2 rooms had defective AC because they were not inspected properly by staff previously), finally got a proper rooms, the staff helped me without asking question or complaining. Simple rooms, nothing too fancy, TVs not working, but at least good bar, good food, owners / managers were also really helpful!

nice beach and ok bungalow but noisy”
Nice beach and ok bungalow. Cleaning was only once a week if you want to change the sheets( more than once extra 300b :( ) Sweeping of the floors and towels were free of charge. When we stay there it was very noisy cos they had beach parties on 3 different days... Which they didint inform on the website and they played the music until midnight and one day they stop 4:30 am.. We book the hotel cos we thought it was the silent part of the island..

Located on one of the best beach of the island, you just need 20 meter to dive into the pristine water. Sunset is a must not miss from this place and wednesday party also. Overall great place and relaxing vibe.

Paradise peace”
We really enjoyed our stay. It was the nicest beach we have ever been to. It was very quiet with some nice restaurants which we liked. There was one night in hotel with loud music which was annoying but it stopped at 11.30pm
