Spacious Base”
A large well appointed room (#3)... it had an adjoining wall but no noise was evident. Large undercover parking. Great a/c in living area, but not in bedrooms (didn’t need it in the bedrooms though). Bed was super comfortable. Apartment could do with a bit more attention to cleaning (windows and dust) but was spacious And comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly and always available. Peterborough is a quiet town but we were directed to a great local cafe that served great coffee and cakes😁. Great place to stay to visit port Campbell national park sights.

Great little stopover ”
Great little cabins, good size and good range of facilities. We cooked dinner in the kitchen it had a nice range of pots pans and we got to cook with gas! The buildings decor is quite old, But comfy. Relatively clean. Air-conditioning worked a treat (was a 40 degree day). The manager was great for a little chat, and is super proud he can offer a well priced good little accommodation option. Even better it's only 20 minutes from the 12 apostles.

Super nice view with super big room”
Super big room with about 7-8 bed, great view of farm and night stars, Gets a kitchen and equipment for cooking which is very nice, but the supermarket is a little bit far. One unfortunate thing happen is that the oven in our room did not work. Jim, the boss, came to help us immediately after received our phone call. Thanks Jim! See you next time

Pleasant Villa very close to Ocean road attractions.Only 1 local day shop and hotel 10 mins drive from place, so we were restricted with choice for dinner. Room with bunk beds was too cramped and our luggage needed to be stored in living room.

Great Self Contained Unit”
Initially, I had intended to rent at Port Campbell, but there was nothing avail with a good rate. Luckily, Peterborough, only 10min farther down the road, had the Seahorse Coastal Villa. There are a handful of self contained units, which are basic, but very clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the necessary items, though I could not get the oven to work. The washing machine was free, but you need to bring your own detergent. There was no dryer, so the clothing is hung. Wifi was in room and also free, though spotty. Nearby, there was a small takeaway place that served passable pizza if you're starving. There's also a small grocer, with typical expensive prices. You would drive to Port Campbell if you want proper dining. I recommend Seahorse Coastal Villa if you need a place for the night. It provides you with all the necessities.

Nice big and convenient hotel”
Seahorse Coastal Villa is a nice little motel located 10 minutes away from Port Campbell. The motel was more like a house for you. There were two bedroom, one bathroom, and one kitchen in our house. The kitchen was equipped with full range of sauce and oil required for cooking. Furthermore, there was a washing machine and a BBQ stove in the backyard. This is a very nice motel that we could stay for a week with very cheap price.

Nice hotel with easy access to point of interest”
The hotel is located in Peterborough, which consists of only a few houses basically, that's why the dining possibilities within walking distance are very limited. However, it's along the Great Ocean Road, and the signs make easy to find the place even for the first time visitors without GPS after sunset as we were. The apartment (one unit) consists of one large room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms, which may accommodate 2 couples. The heater work efficient in winter time. There is a large TV screen with good variation of DVDs to watch.

a very warm welcome”
we decided to do the great ocean road trip backward so we decided to stay in peterborough area. We arrived really late and the owner was patiently waiting for us. He welcomed us warmly and when he heard we had nothing we could cook despite all the basic ingredients and utilities were all provided by the hotel, he gave us some instant noodle and eggs. What a lifesaver after a long and tiring journey! The room are well managed, clean with a nice personal touch. Love the duvet cover! Thumbs up!

Great place for families ”
Very comfortable and clean rooms, bigger space that we needed. The place is definitely ideal for a family with its 2 rooms, spacious living room and the verandah outside. As it is located in Peterborough,there are not many restaurants around. If you are arriving late, bring your own food to cook/heat up as there are not many shops around that open late. The owner is was very helpful and made our stay a much pleasant one.

This place was roomy and could accommodate up to 8 people. It is comfortable, clean, has free WiFi, quite, and is located near the 12 apostles. Also, ask the owner about the waterfront trail in Peterborough, it is as spectacular as the other parts of the the coast line, but less touristy.

Jim is a great guy with sense of humor and he made our stay almost perfect. The villas are huge and extremely comfortable at a very reasonable price. If we go back, we will definitely stay at Seahorse again!
