1. The check-in process was smooth and they offered a welcome drink (which was delicious). The receptionists and securities at the entrance provided great service and immediately helped with luggage to the lobby. 2. The location is great and there are free VINBUS and SunWorld Shuttle Bus services nearby. 3. The hotel facilities are excellent, with an infinity pool and gym. The sunset view from the infinity pool is beautiful and perfect for taking many great photos. 4. The seafood buffet for breakfast and dinner is highly recommended. There were many types of seafood, including sea urchin. This is the best hotel to stay at in PQC.

When encountering employees who speak Chinese, it feels very friendly. All the employees have smiles on their faces and are much friendlier than locals in Taiwan. I only needed toilet paper for one day and had to ask three times in the lobby. It took over half an hour to receive it, so I may have disturbed the employee's rest at midnight. The breakfast had a variety of choices and was of good value. I hope the lady with short hair who makes omelets will smile more because I eat them every day. It happened that you were making them on Saturday and Sunday. The infinity pool is great for taking photos.

Booked the king premium ocean view room with the highest floor and my most favourite part was the balcony! I'm a thalassophile, the view is just so stunning. Hearing the sea waves during the day/night, it's so soothing and it's like a music to my ears😍😍 Apart from that, there's a bathtub in your room. Quite unusual but yet so different and unique. Room is clean and spacious but take note there's not enough plug sockets to charge your electronic devices. I wish the hotel can improve more on this. The hotel gave me a complimentary birthday cake and card. Thank you guys, appreciate it so much! Breakfast is good. Swimming pool is facing the sea view and it is absolutely magnificent. You can also swim in the sea and do some sports activities. The sea water is clear too. It's safe and the environment is kids friendly. Literally spent half a day in the water, sun and sand! Enjoyed it so much! Was informed that there's no shuttle bus to get around to places. So had to take the taxi from hotel which they will pick up and drop you off at the hotel. There's a walking distance night market nearby. You can eat and shop for souvenirs too. Recommended for solo travellers and short getaway for families. Overall, I had fun and it was a blast! There was some confusion regarding pickup from the airport on our arrival but the hotel gave us an excellent complimentary fruit basket by way of compensation. Checkout time is 12:00 and check in time is 15:00 which seems quite late. Surely guests could be checked in as soon as rooms become available. Other than that we had an excellent time. The staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and of a high standard. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection for both Asian and European guests. The hotel location right on the coast is perfect. The beach is small and clean and easily accessible from the hotel. The location is also excellent for exploring the night market in Phu Quoc town which is only a few 100 metres away. Finally a special thank you to our friendly and charming guest relation officer Haiah who helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay again at the Seashells on our next visit.
