Definitely a great place to stay, the reviews were on point.”

Love the proximity to the beach. Also the quiet atmosphere (except for bikers coming in for bikers weekend). The rooms and facilities were extremely neat and clean. Cleaning staff were VERY accommodating and friendly. Although bathrooms were very snug, they were VERY clean.
We were not prepared for the town of Fenwick to be literally a ghost town. Nothing was open, so we head to go to Bethany or Ocean City to get something to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Perfect Virus-Safe Hotel”

I felt completely safe & comfortable. No elevator, no closed in spaces, open air flowing, everyone wore masks. Staff friendly, helpful, thoroughly cleaned room. I watched the effort and time they put in cleaning. Beach 2 short block walk, diner across the street, free parking, free wifi, beach not crowded even on 4th of July. I was very nervous about coming but we will definitely be back, already making plans.

First impression - staff was easy to work with and very pleasant. Coffee always available for free to guests. Room was very clean and looked so pretty upon entering. About 1 block walk to the beach which was awesome. Outside shower available, when returning from the beach. Loved this place. Will return.

Everything was extremely clean! There were new air conditioning and heating units in each of the rooms and the staff was excellent and, took care of a concern that I had without question and without issue it was resolved!
That it wasn’t directly on the beach!😏😊

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent to access the beach or the bay; easy access to restaurants and activities from OCMD to Rehobeth.
I wish the pool was larger and that cats were also part of the pet-friendly atmosphere.

CLEAN! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

Most importantly this place is CLEAN! Service at the front desk was excellent & very helpful. They even recommended some restaurants to try. Access to beach was simple, easy, & very close. Literally a walk out of the parking lot & over the dunes. Location was excellent with lots of shopping & food nearby.
The only negative thing I can say is the bushes near the front entrances smelled awful & really stirred up my allergies.
