The hotel is located within a walking distance to the train station and about 10 mins drive to Icon Siam. Surrounding area is not noisy and have 2 7e shops and some eateries too. Highly recommended!

This place is actually close to my home, and I usually book a room whenever my friends visit. They seem to like the place. While there are not many amenities, its location is superb. About 10 minutes walk to Tha Phra Interchange MRT and very close to many food stalls and two 7-11.

Clean and satisfactory”
Stayed at this Condo/Hotel for the third time. It's clean and convenient for the Bangkok Yai/Thonburi Area of Bangkok, but is not such a great location for the rest of Bangkok, you must either walk, bike, or Taxi to BTS train system. I a couple of years it will be very near new Tha Pra Station. One notable downside is a VERY poor Wi-Fi provision. The typical user name and password based on room number which probably means that long term neighbours just steal the connection on a long term basis. I was told the code was good for 2 devices and could not connect with any. Otherwise, Clean, Friendly and helpful place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Season Place. The hotel is very close to where I had business at the royal thai navy hospital. The prices are cheap and you get a clean and comfortable room. Recommended for budget travelers.

Pretty decent for money's worth”
I only stayed here because the girlfriend lived nearby so was ideal. The rooms as basic, dont expect nothing fancy. It is worth the money. TV is only Thai, no English channels. The Air Con in my room only went down to 25, so didnt get that cool. Bathroom is just a shower wet room. The staff are friendly but dont say much. It has 24/7 security outside who are friendly and will say hello. Its close by taxi to 2 or 3 BTS sky train stations, no more than 50-60 baht, depending on traffic. Not much around the area as its outside the main centre of Bangkok, a 7-11 store and couple of street food outlets .. although the The Mall Tha Phra is close, about 15-20 minute walk or go by taxi. Worth a visit! Overall it was ok, get what you pay for!

Had to Stay Close to A Seminar at a Retreat.......and Chose this Place. Turned out to be Satisfactory. Staff was Fairly Responsive and So was the Cleanliness The Downsides were the Lack of any Entertainment or Food Places within Walking Distance.....Specially if You do not eat 'Real' Thai Food-Not the Tourist Kind. Would Stay here again....if I had to-and Other alternatives were Unavailable to me

They could not expln the way to the hotel. not explain to understand the place. It was an apartment previosly and changed into a hotel now. They made decoration but it is not enough to hide the truth.

Hotel room was well taken care of. Modern looking. Definitely worth the money if you need an affordable place to stay at. Hotel isn’t at a good location but there is a 7-11 nearby.
