Facilities Not Good”
The timings that were placed as notice to Bar and Restaurant did not reflect the actual times that the facilities were open and closed. Two times I attended the bar it was closed prior to closing time, so no meal and no drinks after late work.
The pillows were so old they were lumpy and I couldn't get any sleep. Breakfast had been sitting in the heaters for so long the food was stale. The attitude I got from the staff was atrocious. Very rude. Definitely not worth anything over $100
Great hotel. Was very clean. Staff were lovley and the location was fantastic! 8 minute walk to the main train station and to the city :) I'd stay here again.
It located in a good location, just a few minutes walk to the mall. Food is not a problem issue, surrounded by restaurants. Room consider large, with a writing desk and 2 armchairs. Only the two double beds for 4 people in a family room is slightly small, should use the king size bed; not enough power points for our electrical goods and tried to provide fewer soaps (not sa the first two days) to us in the latest of our days of stay. Overall, I am satisfied and will stay again on my next trip if the price is still competitive.
Location is tiptop”
Surrounding It located at shopping street. Easy to locate local food, asean food and fast food. Easy to catch public transport. Room condition It is spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. But the hotel only provides 2 cups, 2 glasses and 3 towels. Although we request some additional, but due to lack of staffs at night (we only noticed the shortage at night), so no replenishment. The carpet is clean. The water supply in bathroom is powerful but the bathtub doesn't have drainage hole. Therefore, be careful on water overflow issue. Hotel staff I forgot to ask the name of the Indonesian receptionist that was on duty on 17/12/2018 night shift. She provided excellent customer service by helping us to call a 'maxi' taxi on our departure date which is 18/12/2018 at 3.30am. Thanks to this sweet lady.
Awful Hotel Guest Service”
I have stayed at this hotel for the past 8 years every time I traveled to Perth. Of late, the customer service has been steadily getting worse. Two weeks ago when I stayed at the hotel for 2 days, when I check in, I was very disappointed the room allocated to me was on the first floor which I did not like as I could hear the noise form the pub on the ground floor next to the reception. I was disappointed because I has made the booking more than 6 months prior and had explicitly requested for a higher floor room in my online booking. The night before I checked out I called the reception and request for a later check out time of 12 noon, to which they had agreed. Around 11:20am I got a call from the reception and told me my check out time had overdue as I was to check out by 11am. I was very upset and told them to get their acts together as not to promised the guest one thing and turn around to say something else. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for good service
Good value hotel ”
Good location, it’s not the flashiest place but good enough for me , I like the dated 70’s style hotel but it’s been renovated a bit :) thanks for the stay asked for 12 o’clock check , no worries
Location location location”
Very near to eatery, Shopping streets. Free buses.
The hotel is slightly past it's prime, but is well located in the CBD with a number of restaurants, convenience stored & fast food outlets nearby. One block away from the main shopping mall. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, good bathroom, good desk (have to search for the power outlets and definitely no USB outlets :), etc. - but overall good value if you get a good discount. Parking is $30 / night if you need that.
From the excellent Front Desk staff to the facilities on-site or nearby, my week at this hotel was most enjoyable. My room (606) offered glimpses of the Swan River, and was comfortably furnished. I was very pleased that housekeeping did NOT repeated change towels or bed linen. Seasons does not have a guest laundry, but guests are able to use the laundry at nearby Pensione Hotel. Similarly, there is no hotel gymnasium, but guests are offered complimentary use of the superb SNAP gym, a few metres away. The small swimming pool is OK for some morning laps.
Good and convenient”
Happy with stay as it is in a central, convenient location and good value for money. Room is satisfactory and staff is polite. Parking in CBD Perth is generally expensive so $30 per day parking in the hotel is reasonable. Room for improvement is for the hotel to check more thoroughly before charging my credit card A$200 the afternoon after I checked out due to wet carpet and upon email inquiry found that it was charged to my room instead of another room (hotel did apologize for the oversight). Though the amount was credited back to me later, I lost out on some exchange rate different but more importantly, anxiety on my end on how it could have happened to my room.
Excellent: Value, location, staff, facilities”
We could walk with easy access to all that we wanted to see. Breakfast (price negotiated at time of booking in) was impressive. Food hot, toaster that actually toasts. Rooms large, comfortable. Staff: all very helpful. We would stay there again and recommend it to others.
Great Hotel, but Perth is not what it used to be...”
First if you need to stay in the heart of the city then the Seasons is perfect. I have no complainants and will stay there again. But Perth, what happened? The amount of homeless people is the city has either grown or I started to notice it more. Makes me wonder where my tax dollars are going!
The location are perfectly center of everything ”
I have a good 6 days stay at this wonderful hotel. The room are spacious, centrally located in CBD area. Halal food are everywhere within the hotel area. Would love to stay there again in our future trip😁
GOOD HOTEL IN THE MIDDLE OF PERTH CITY”
Location is great. Rooms are large but a little bit dated. Still there is a pool in the middle of the hotel and you have free access to a gym just around the corner. Just ask the receptionist for the key. Walking distance to the malls and perth underground / perth station and also to Elizabeth quay bus port. Very handy for public transport.
My daughter who has just turned 18 had missed her flight up her to her mother in broome she had all her bags and suitcases she was tired and just wanted to sleep till she got on a plane next day,it was 10pm at night by the time is booked and payed for room through Agoda staff at hotel were very rude to her saying she didn’t have enough identification so they kicked her out on the street and threated to call the police because she got upset (not aggressive) with them and she was terrified and frightened, I want a refund please I have already contacted Agoda in regards to this
The room is quite spacious but needs renovation, there’s a few holes on the wall and there’s a big one in the bathroom ceiling. We heard a lot of noise above us and complained about it but seems like nothing was done as they did it again this Morning☹️. The staff in the reception needs more training to acknowledge customers first than two of them talking each other and ignoring me and my husband. We felt so sorry for the staff in the buffet restaurant- she’s on her own run off her feet greeting/serving customers plus making coffee, re stacking all the food, clearing/cleaning the table, loading and unloading plates and glasses into the machine without any help plus attending customers demand. This should not happen in a 4 star hotel in Perth.
Lack of service”
Booked for 3 nights from Friday to Monday morning. Arriving late in Friday 10 pm, went out early Saturday and came back late. Bed was made but used tea cups were still not washed. Went out Eagan early Sunday and came back in the evening to see no service done. Calling housekeeping, redirected to reception who said there was a paper notice on the table which we didn't notice that Sunday service by request only. This was strange. The rate was the same but service was differentiated? There seems to be lack of service staff in the hotel. Will I come back to. Seasons? Big NO.
The hotel is neat”
Overall, the hotel is convenient. One block away from the shopping places, accessible CAT buses which you can roam around the city and visit the attractions , surrounded by halal eateries like Insan Cafe, Love & Care Cafe, Karache and D’Ankasa. You can simply walk to the bus stop to take a bus 380 to and fro Perth Airport. Walking distance to Barrack St Jetty and Elizabeth Quay and Perth Train stations. The room wise, i was first given #9, the room is outdated but clean and neat. On the 3rd night, I was asked to move to #5 as the heater in #9 wasnt working. #5 room a bit updated and renovated with nicer bathrooms. Just note the room are not soundproof. Lacking of customer service. Collected a deposit of AUD 200 but the staff didnt explain nor explain the t&c of stay ..(i.e. the check in time, pool opening hours). They just process your stay and give you the access card. Unpleasant encounter during the check in. But overall it was an okay experience.
The hotel is well-located, but not up to a 4 star rating. ”
Good central location, facillities a bit old and tired. However, access to a good gym, CBD, shopping and public transport. Staff variable, watch the significant extra charges for parking and airport shuttle.
