For those looking for a hotel with great location, this hotel is definitely it. Very close to everything including the Hay Street Mall, London Court and also public transportation. Very good service in luggage storage both before & after your stay. Big rooms and comfortable. I only hope that the front desk could be more friendlier.
Great location but bad service”
The location is great, with lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, malls and even the jetty nearby. It is so convenient to stay here. However, the staff is very unfriendly and makes you feel rather unwelcome. The rooms are also old and need an upgrade urgently. My room's heater is faulty and it can get really cold at night. But for the cheap price and if you are not a fussy traveller,it is still ok to stay here.
Good location near city. Room spacious.”
Was there for 6 nights. Location near to city areas, food n Cat buses. Within walking distance to train station n pier n shopping malls. A lot of different food outlets nearby n a pharmacy selling cheap health supplements n beauty products. Hotel staffs are helpful n friendly. Morning breakfast was good at $10 for hotel guests but food was standard.
The food is outstanding and specials they have on offer make it great value! I travelled some places but you get a good bang for it's buck. The bar is great you get discounted drinks and there is always a vibe at lunch and 5pm onwards. Absolutely love I always stay here when I can.
Great start very friendly and helpful. Great deals on food and drinks in the restaurant and bar!”
I over enjoyed myself at the bar and woke up s bit average on my check out day. The receptionist gsve me a free late check out. I don't know if this is standard policy but it's a first for me and boy I needed it. Perfect location great rooms I will stay their again definately.
Room is spacious and surrounded by halal food and shopping area”
room is big for 2 person all the hotel is surrounded with many halal foods which is easy for muslim to find food. shopping area also all are nearby. the only cons is that - need to pay 30$ for parking per day.
Get away for weekend of State of Origin”
Staff were very good but the value for money is not even close to what the room look like. The beds were very uncomfortable and wish I was sleeping in my swag instead. The restaurant with the hotel could not keep up with any of the meals for all the patrons in having dinner.
Superb location. Spacious room. Unhelpful staff.”
We stayed in its executive suite for four nights. The room is huge. The bathroom was recently upgraded. But the rest of the room still looks dated. Yes, it is an old hotel. But it is well maintained. This hotel's best selling point is its location. It is within walking distance to Perth train station, London Court, Barrack Street Jetty, etc. My only complaint is the unhelpful staff. When we arrived with our rental vehicle, all parking lots were occupied. My wife went to the reception to ask if we could drive into their basement carpark so that we could load our luggage (five pieces in total) there. She was told that a $50 charge would be imposed. I ended up driving past the hotel four times looking for a spot. Luckily on my last attempt, a police cruiser vacated one of the parking lots. It was drizzling. So we got wet as we loaded our bags into the rental. All this could have been avoided if that receptionist had been helpful.
Old building, but bathroom refurbished ”
We had corner suite. Lounge and bedroom good size. Bathroom small but refurbished. Very clean, great location, easy walk to CBD and transport. Breakfast $10, value for money. Not flash, but would stay there again.
A good place to stay while in Perth”
Hotel was nice and clean and definitely worth the rate. Parking at $30 a night I think is a bit steep, you can park on the streets around the hotel but you'd want to be quick to move your car on a weekday morning.
Good location, value for money”
The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to the train station and shopping areas. The standard king room has the bathroom renovated which is very modern and clean. Just that the pillows are flat, affect our sleep and the room is not very sound proof (we can hear doors closing loudly at night and music from the pub). All else are great, we had a wonderful stay and would still choose Seasons of Perth the next time we visit Perth!
Nice hotel in the city centre”
I enjoyed staying in this hotel as it is close to the city centre and yet not pricey. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are large with a very good selection of coffees and teas to choose from. Eating out was easy...lots of places nearby. Getting out or Perth was also easy. There is a direct bus to the airport.
Location and Price”
Stay on 1st floor. Room little small for 2 bag to lay on the floor. Carpark available on first come first serve. Comfortable bed and good toiletries. The fridge need to be updated. The freezer part not fully functioning.
Location is excellent!”
The hotel is located in the CBD area with many accessible restaurants, supermarkets and shopping malls. The only irritation that I have is that when you call the hotel, they tend to keep you on hold because they are serving a customer at the reception. This is possibly the culture thing but if you are making calls from overseas, you will get irrirated being put on hold as your phone bill keep running while the staff serves the other customer first. They could take the proactive action by returning our calls or get us to call again. But unfortunately, they didnt do that. Other than that, its a good hotel.
Strategic location and clean room”
I really like this hotel. Strategically located in central of Perth. Walking distance to halal food restaurant and hay street mall. Room was comfortable and clean. The price includes free wifi. I will definitely stay here again whenever i come to Perth.
A convenient stopover”
We were in Perth in transit for one night only, this hotel is in a quiet side street but very near the CBD and a big choice of eating/drinking places. And has parking available - a big plus. Generous sized room, not much character to the hotel but has all you need to hand. Would stay there again.
Small hotel, not glitzy or glamorous but is excellent value for money. Many of the king bed rooms have been renovated simply and tastefully, these rooms are large with a lot of natural light. The rooms are quiet. The hotel is 5 mins walk to the CBD shopping malls and a 10-15 mins walk to Northbridge which has many restaurants and nightlife. Guests have free access to the 24/7 Snap Fitness gym which is a 2 mins walk. The only con would be the buffet breakfast which is very limited in its offerings with much of the cooked food being fried and not very healthy - the only way you can have eggs is precooked scrambled. Otherwise I would highly recommend Seasons of Perth.
A nice place to stay with great hospitality and close to.the city!”
Clean fresh tidy rooms with ensuite. Comfortable bed and great breakfast for only $10! I'll stay again and recommend Seasons of Perth for any traveller.
This is my second stay at this hotel. The luggage storage was amazing. I stored my luggage before check in & after check out so that I dont have to drag my luggage everywhere. Big room & comfortable.
Pub/bar was loud with music & noise at night”
Room was exceptionally large, but lack of power points was annoying, the only place to use the kettle was in the bathroom. The Pub/bar on ground floor was loud & noisey also stale smell of beer at entering the hotel.
