Please book to stay here as you get a lovely welcome by the people who live and run the Seaview Pension House, the location is in central town but as you walk down to the house on the sea front, you don't hear any traffic... perfect... The family offer tours, a breakfast facility, laundry and a warm welcome plus good WiFi 💖 my only down fall was not booking it for longer as my next place to stay GMG was a big mistake!.... but we booked and paid it in advance other wise I would of gone back.. Thank You Seaview Pension for allowing us to share your home.

Lovely stay at sea view! ”
We had the most pleasant stay at seaview! As a group of three friends traveling together we were welcomed by Lillian and instantly she was like a mother to us, so welcoming and helpful, giving us all the info and helping us with all our activity bookings as soon as we arrived, as we were quite short of time in this beautiful place! The accommodation was perfect, clean and comfortable with the most amazing view to wake up to in the morning. Highly recommend as a place to stay in Coron, thank you sea view for making our experience the best it could have been!

We cannot thank Joy and her family enough for having us! They were outstanding and provided a wonderful home for us in Coron Town. Firstly, we had booked accom elsewhere and when we discovered this guest house was closed we made a speedy same day booking on Agoda for Sea view. Joy was happy to welcome us only moments later. Wifi was speedy, bed was super comfy and the location was fantastic. Joy assisted in our airport transfer booking and helped us decide on day trips. We had a wonderful time getting to know the family and enjoying the AMAZING sunset from the front of the home. Thank you for having us :)

Excellent stay, would recommend”
Booked for 2 nights, ended up staying for 4 nights. The owner is really nice and friendly, speaks excellent English and very knowledgeable about the tours. I was in Coron for diving so she recommended to take a modified tour as she knew I would be diving Barracuda Lake. It was an excellent recommendation. The location is absolutely perfect for sunset! Central to everything in town and walking distance to all the dive shops, food shops and everything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

This Place is just amazing!!! Away from all the noise and the busy streets! But when you walk 20 meter You're in the middle of everythinf. And the family running it..never met such frendly people!! We actually left the key inside, no one got mad.. father had to clime through the window and everyone was laughing. Great Place to stay while You're in Coron!

Disappointing location”
Pros: The staff Karla is very helpful in coordinating with the owner so we can transfer to another room of course with additional fee which came out more expensive .Nice sunset, but view is barred by a shanty like building. Cons: The location is really dismal, its near the city center, however one has to pass through an alley to reach the place. The narrow alley has a stinky smell due to houses that lined the alley. One will pass by the bath & washing area of a house, shocked to see people taking a bath & washing clothes. The alley does not lead only to the pension house but it lead to other houses of which some are shanties or house on stilts. The room we reserved was windowless & the bathroom is terrible.

Pro - Lilian and her family are great hosts. We were a day late due to a cancelled flight and they upgraded us to the water front family room. Lilian sorted out our tours and snorkeling gear. We would highly recommend staying here

The owner did her best in trying to help us and the location of hotel is very convenient. The rooms are not very comfortable and there is no WiFi. It's good option for travelers who want to save money and not looking for much comfort.

Super friendly ng host. Buong family nila is super friendly, they helped us to set up tours and they recommended the best ever. It was a very pleasant to stay in their lodge. No complaint, they even accepted us to stay in their place again nung nastranded kami due to the typhoon! Will surely stay here again

Requesting a refund”
Dear Agoda, I am requesting a refund for Seaview Pension hotel. When we arrived at the hotel yesterday, the room we had booked was no longer available and had a large hole in the wall where the air con unit used to be. A man was in the process of demolishing an inside wall in the building beside the filthy dorm style room that we were then offered. Sea view pension hotel us in no way a hotel and should be removed immediately from your website. I tried to get in touch with your website yesterday but there was a problem with the site. Please let me know that you received this email.

Would not recommend”
We stayed in December 2017. This was by far the grossest place we stayed during our two months in the Philippines, and outside of Manila it was the most expensive place we stayed. We were honestly surprised by the poor condition of the place after having payed in advance and seeing the reviews online. If we hadn't paid in advance, we would have stayed elsewhere. I don't know how this place gets positive reviews. There are so many better deals for backpackers. We stayed in the room called Love. Cockroaches of all sizes in the bathroom, floor was warped and looked like it was about to fall apart, the walls are paper thin, the wall right next to the bed was sprayed with something that I just tried not to think about, the staff seemed nonexistent and any time we needed something (book a van, more toilet paper, etc) we had to wait for 30 minutes or more until someone appeared who would then go get a staff member after being asked if they worked there. Pros: good location, strong WiFi.

Our walls is native type and it was made of sawali and plywood, we sprayed liquid air freshener nothing else. Our floor in this room is wood thats why its not like a stable like concrete but it will not fall

This place is very basic, but it's clean and everything works. The owner is so sweet and speaks excellent English. She even helped us organise cheap transportation to our next destination. Very good wifi.
