great liitle hotel with excellent service”
we stayed 5 nights at the secret de paris and we enjoyed very much this newly furbished hotel. the staff are very helpful and speak perfect english. the room size are large for paris and the bathroom is fully equiped.although the hotel is not in the center of town there about 7 buses that pass in the area and 2 metro line.this is very convenient and i would generally recommend all tourist in paris to use the buses. you can see the town and there is plenty of choices. we like the area of the hotel as it is a real parisian quarter and not a touristical area. breakfast in the hotel is a buffet and worth the money

The Staff Are The Best!”
Located in the beautiful Montmartre area but close to everything in Central Paris, the hotel is beautiful but small enough to enjoy comforts that are impossible to match at chain hotels. We stayed in the intriguing Eiffel Tower room. It has imagination and brilliant lighting with a shower that is spectacular. But the best part was the incredible staff of this hotel. Friendly and informed ,reliable 24 hours a day they made our 3-night stay that much more enjoyable. I have never seen a staff work harder and represent their hotel with a greater sense of pride about the place and competence to deliver when guests needed assistance. We got 3 recommendations for dinner, two traditional French and one for Italian, all within a reasonable walk and each in their own way, amazing. We’ll go back again to this “Hotel Secret.”

Wonderful Boutique Hotel”
I really enjoyed my stay at the Secret De Paris Design Boutique Hotel. The hotel location was great, near the train station. There were plenty of coffee shops and restaurants to meet up with friends and to set-up business lunches. The hotel was very unique and the room was very comfortable. I was able to sleep peaceful since the rooms were sound proof and the beds were very comfortable. The sheets were very clean and smell fresh. The rooms are one of a kind and you will enjoy the experience of staying in their personally designed rooms.

Excellent hotel”
My husband and I travelled to Paris for our honeymoon and stayed at this hotel in May/June 2015. We stayed in the beautiful Musee d'Orsay room on the second floor of the hotel and the staff had given the room an extra special romantic feel by scattering petals all around prior to our arrival. The room was fairly small but perfectly adequate and the space was used well. The decor of the room is delightful and the jacuzzi bath was a perfect final touch! The bed is also very comfortable and we found it easy to get a good nights sleep, which is a necessity when you're doing lots of sightseeing. The hotel was very easy to find following the instructions from the hotel website, even for us Parisian newbies, and is only about a 5 minute walk from the nearest Metro station. There are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel, including a KFC and McDonalds if that is your thing! The maid ensured our room was immaculate every day and the other staff, especially the concierges were extremely helpful, happy to answer questions and give advice when asked as well as giving us water and coffee to take away too. We had breakfast at the hotel on the first morning, and this was also very good and the eggs were cooked to perfection. We would definitely stay here again should we return to Paris in the future.

Paris' best kept secret”
The hotel is great. The staff was always helpful, always ready to offer a drink, while you are waiting to check in, or even after I've checked out. The rooms, though tiny, are very well appointed, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is superb and overall the rooms are just chic. At the basement, the hammam is worth a try after a tiring day, just be sure to inform the front desk so they can get it ready. The location couldn't be more perfect, tucked inside a quiet part of Place de Clichy area, with 2 metro stations less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel, serving lines 2 and 13. It makes going around the city that much faster. It is also close to the major shopping areas, the Opera and Moulin Rouge. All within as 10 to 15 minute walk from the hotel. There are groceries, a variety of restaurants and take away food places all around the hotel, and if you really must, there are American fast food joints within a few minutes walk too.

Warm and welcoming staff”
We booked for our Silver Wedding Anniversary. We wanted something extra special of course and did our homework. Hotel rooms are interestingly themed and not far from tube and few nice inexpensive eateries. We had Tour Eiffel room with rain shower with different settings. Adjustable room mood lighting and fridge were really nice touches. Staff were very friendly and warm and enthusiastic about the hotel concept. We were in Paris in 34 degree heat and hotel throughout had really nice air-conditioning making our stay there the real treat we had hoped for. Rooms cleaned etc daily if required and spotless. Wide range of 24 hour room service offered and we were able to order a bucket of ice after we got in late at night which was very welcome! Hotel wasn't expensive for the service and touches. Didn't use spa room with mood lighting jacuzzi or gym. Some rooms have jacuzzi baths. We would definitely consider another stay here. Thank you

Perfect place to get engaged!”
How do you describe perfection? From the moment we checked in, we were in heaven. The hotel was initially chosen to celebrate my boyfriend's 50th birthday and little did I know we would become engaged a day after later. Throughout our entire stay the staff was so incredibly sweet and accommodating - helping me pick the perfect place for Van's birthday dinner and even sending up a little birthday gift for Van. The best part? Their well-wishes were the first we received when we became engaged the next day. The bottle of bubbles was even more appreciated! I couldn't believe how lucky we were to have chosen such a fantastic place in Paris to start our lives together. All couples out there considering this hotel, book it right now. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again to everyone who made our first trip to Paris so special. We'll definitely be back soon! Tiffany & Van

Surprising hotel in a nice location”
very warm welcome by staff with drink and a tour around the rooms, to explain all the high tech lights and stuff. rooms are very nicely decorated to specific sights of paris. hotel has also a fitness and wellness area. small but very adequate. room had great equipment (tv - dvd) but als a great shower with water coming from all sides:-) breakfast was relatively small but had enough choice. just a pity that the fire alarm went of in the morning; something that seemed to happen more often the staff told us. overall a great stay and will definitely come back!

Small but delightful rooms with great service!!!”
we had little expectations after our earlier stay in another 4 star hotel of comparable price in paris. however, from the moment we arrived we were astonished by the great service of the staff (best i have encountered) the rooms were beautiful with the nice fixtures used throughout. the only drawback to the room was that it is cozy but being on a paris getaway it worked-out well.

Comfortable stay in a uniquely romantic hotel”
My partner and I loved staying at this hotel. The room was decorated with a view from the Eiffel tower - which was a nice touch and although it was a fairly small room - it was packed with nice features and facilities including mood lighting, a rainfall shower and a LED TV. The staff couldn't do enough for us - and it really felt as though they cared about our stay and experience. We have already decided we will return when we next visit Paris.

Super friendly and clean boutique hotel”
We arrived a bit early, and the staff was very accommodating and held our bags while we went to lunch. There was one gentleman in particular who was excellent-- his English was perfect and he even knew a little Mandarin! Location was excellent - close to Opera Garnier and Japantown. Rooms are a bit small but very well furnished. We especially appreciated the mini-fridge, which allowed us to keep some cheese in the room. The only issue: the mattress is a little too soft (but we are used to hard Asian mattresses). Highly recommended.

Friendly and fun”
The room was large (for Paris) and full of good surprises but the staff were lovely and made the visit for us.

Cosy hotel with clean rooms and good service”
Cosy boutique hotel that is conveniently located in between 2 metro stations (Rome and Europe). 5 minutes walking distance from both train stations make it a breeze to get to anywhere. Clean rooms and good counter staff who can speak fluent English.

Amazing”
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment I walked in this place made me happy. The two men at the front desk are exceptionally helpful and assisted me with every question I had. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room itself made me wish I was not staying their alone ;) the location was ideal for walking all over the city of lights. Overall a perfect place!

Great hotel!”
We had a great 2 night stay here. Staff were exceptionally helpful and patient. Room was quiet, dark when needed, very nice jacuzzi. Hotel was well located for sight-seeing and public transport or walking. I recommend this hotel without reservation!

Great Boutique Hotel, Staff Friendly (Surprised)”
For Once I met friendly French people. Hotel had interesting themes abeilt small in size. Usage of space was in a clever manner & the design made up for the tiny rooms. Stayed at the Eiffel Room which had bath with Jacuzzi. 10 minute walk to Galery Lafayette - Good point.

Cute Hotel.”
This boutique style hotel was unique and interesting. The themed rooms were simple, neat and tidy and we enjoyed the idea of 'sleeping under the Eiffel tower'. Our room was a reasonable size for a city hotel and quite comfortable for a couple. The staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was only available before 3pm for the duration of our stay.
