Not all rooms in first-class hotels in Cebu have a bath tub. This one is one such. There are others. This reviewer has a habit of misbehaving in first-class hotels (although not for the bath tub) and he hereby apologises to all Cebu first-class hotels. The Agoda price for three persons was double the price for two persons. Agoda.com went on to find a cheaper price – for three persons - through one of its "partners". The Agoda document said – to the hotel – that it – the latter – would be paid, not by Agoda but, through a third party. Upon check-in, with three persons for four nights, we were told, we had only breakfast for two. We didn’t mind. Upon check-out, the breakfasts for the third person were reimbursed.

Excellent location which is just next to a big shopping mall, where has a lot of restaurants to choose from. Hotel is very bright and clean overall. Room is very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Love love love the breakfast, great variety of food. Will definitely recommend staying here!

Overall a good hotel with excellent location for shopping in Ayala. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. The only thing we didnt like were the personnels during breakfast. To lousy in serving the eggs and coffee. We had to follow up 3x for them to be served.

Great location next to large mall with ATMs, Supermarket and many great restaurants. Hotel's Breakfast Buffet was outstanding. Friendly and Professional staff, they even allowed an early check in with no additional fees.

Probably the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in in the Philippines. I tend to opt for the more budget locations but decided to treat myself for a night here to catch up on some much needed rest. It was worth the extra cost and I may even make it a point to come back on my next vacation to rest up again. The breakfast buffet is nice, better than most I’ve been to. Great location being about a one minute walk to the Ayala Terraces shopping mall!
Initially I stated at a Deluxe room during my first trip. This time I enjoyed even more after booking their Club rooms. The Club lounge is worth it to stay when you are on a business trip and needs a place to work. I love the afternoon tea and cocktail hours. Truly a great experience.

We had a brief visit in Cebu and we stayed in Seda hotel for 2 days. The location is convenient as it is adjacent to Ayala Mall . Accessible to buy necessities and food if you are like me with young children. Park is also available in the mall which can be access through the back entrance of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

We chose this hotel as a 3 day ‘rest-byte’ from travelling. It’s ideal, right next to the Seda Ayala shopping mall which has an excellent choice of shops and restaurants. ( 300 pesos from the airport in a white taxi) The quality of the rooms is superb with good WiFi throughout. The pool gets the sun all day and is kept clean. Negatives - the breakfast service could be improved with more staff and a better process ie have more staff clearing tables to make space for new guests. Replenish food up to closing time! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others

I just wish they replied sooner to inquiries.. I booked the rooms around the last week of January with a request for airport transfer. By March, I still didn’t get any communication from the hotel so I looked for another provider. They replied to me about the airport transfer only on the day of the flight to Cebu! Then they kept on calling in the span of 2? 3? hours to confirm even though I’ve replied that we already got someone else because it took them too long to communicate with me. Other than this, everything is good.

I had a great experience while staying at the hotel. Although the hotel was fully booked, they made sure that they inform me of the availability of the room for check-in. They also accommodated some of my requests which made it easier for my stay. I will be returning to Cebu again and will definitely book Seda Cebu Hotel again.

Traveled to Cebu for a weekend trip and thankfully I and my daughter and husband stayed at Seda Hotel where the bed and sheets are clean and comfortable and service is excellent. Buffet breakfast is so-so and quite the same as in Seda Abreeza and Seda Vertis North. Gym is clean and with good equipment. The hotel bar is also impressive.

Nice lobby with Cebu furnitures Breakfast Buffet is good. Kids enjoyed. Limited selection at the lounge Bad room layouts. Suites too far from elevator. Not all staff and even front desk people are not too polite enough and does not want to extend apology. Not all front desk staff are reliable. Took me 1 hour to check in and 30 minutes to checkout. Other staff like guards and bellboys are nice and polite. Super disappointed.

No bathtub when advertised as such with agoda To all marriot ex patriots forget it don't bother going there not like it used to be. Same price as the old marriot without any luxuries!

We left 6 am going airport. We requested for pack breakfast since breakfast is included in our package. I requested for vegetable sandwich and one boiled egg. We were informed that they can not give the boil egg as it is not included in the supposed pack breakfast. Okay, fine. In other words, they are not flexible. I was a little bit turn off. What is one boiled egg as compared to my sitting and eating in the buffet resto. I could have eaten more.....To make matter worse, when we opened our pack breakfast , there was no table napkin for us to hold the VERRRRRRy COLDDDDD sandwich. the very cold sandwich was not even wrapped. By the way, how many star hotel is SEDA????

There were too much hassle we encountered. Room TV was not functioning, transferred to a room that smelled really bad. Was just glad the manager made adjustments in our stay. Also the Resto inside the hotel was not enough for the hotel guests, hotel was not ready for the amount of guests during breakfast. But overall it was a nice hotel for a newly re-opened category, just needs to polish their amenities and service.
