We visited CDO for a one time event with my family(me,wife,son and my parents)and we are very excited to stay at Seda Centrio as this is one of the Top rated hotel we found online. We booked 2 rooms, 1 for me(w/ wife & son), and other one for my parents, and they’re kind enough to accommodate our request to have 2 rooms na magkalapit/magkatabi with king size bed. I would like to commend first the staffs/people that we were able to interact with as they’re all exceptionally helpful and really nice. You’ll feel the warmth and kindness of our kababayan from their smiles and willingness to help. The hotel’s location is also a plus as it is accessible and near with almost every store that you can think about. Their breakfast buffet for me seems simple but still looks elegant and well prepared. Food choices isn’t as extravagant for its price but you’ll know they’ve put an extra effort to make everything tastes really good. The pool’s isn’t as wide/big as what we’re expecting for a well known and top rated hotel in town but we still enjoyed our time swimming. We liked the place but encountered some minor problems that can be improve. First is that after an hour using the AC, water started dripping from the AC vent, we didn’t mind it at first but it’s getting worse overtime so we contacted ‘em for help, they’ve sent some “kuya” who cleaned it and eventually make the dripping stoped but started to drip again after an hour, pero di na kasing dami ng tulo so, tiniis nalang namin, We didn’t wanna bother them anymore coz too late na din. It seems that the room where we stayed have a lot of problems coz aside from the AC vent, the toilet flush can’t flush properly and it’s so hard to push the lever(toilet handle) that’s why water can’t flow properly too. The toilet itself isn’t clean properly, I found some used things on the floor(from the last guests??)like contact lense, hair pins,etc. Toilet floor esp. shower area seems unclean, no free soap and slippers too(as the other room have) but have a generous amount of bodywash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Overall, we still enjoyed and loved our time here but I hope they’ll also do something about the things that needs improvement like maintenance or a better way for housekeeping, better compensation maybe for those people for them to do their job well? I don’t know but I hope they can find a way to keep the hotels reputation as one of the best hotels in town. Thank you
Overnight stay with mum and sis. Added an extra bed, which was placed on the wall beside the television. Had the misfortune to see the underbelly of the television, full of dust and cobwebs. Had to scoot myself close to the other side to avoid that area. Also, mold has already formed in the corners of the bathroom. Wish they will do a thorough clean next time.

I failed to request packed breakfast on our first morning and was able to request on the second morning during our stay. I think I noticed that the packed breakfast you served was not the same for everyone because others have fresh fruits and bread, we did not have. I just hope you will improve your swimming pool facilities. There was no lifeguard and no towels available. It’s only when we arrived back in Luzon when I realized I left my daughter’s arm floaters near the open shower area. I also hope there will be a poolside bar, for non-swimming guests can likewise chill and for swimmers to have easier access for food and drinks. I also noticed the housekeeping staff do the cleaning early afternoon and not before lunch. Anyway, I look forward to visit Seda Centrio again in the future. Last visit was in 2018, brings me back wonderful memories. Thank you again for our wonderful staycation experience.
