I stayed for three nights in Vietnam for a trip! The lobby was on the 28th floor, and the view from the lobby was beautiful. The receptionist's response was also good, and they responded sincerely to all the guidance. It was very comfortable! The room was also very good! They cleaned it properly! There were some things that were missing, but when I called the lobby, they brought them to me! The breakfast was very delicious with easy-to-eat items! Not only the buffet, but also the a la carte menu was fulfilling, and I had a delicious breakfast that filled me up! Mr. Qui's customer service was good, and he greeted me in Japanese and paid attention to various things. It was a wonderful customer service! Both the lobby and the first floor were wonderful! It was a comfortable trip!

Amazing location and higher floors ”
Initially the stay started off on a low note as my room had some issues. However, the night staff tried their best to handle the situation and promptly moved me to a new room. They also extended a free tea setting due to all the trouble that occurred. The high tea was Vietnamese style and was very delicious. You have a great view of the city from the table in the restaurant and the staff there were all very accommodating. The rest of the stay went smoothly and the room was always stocked with complimentary water and amenities. The shampoo/conditioners could have been better quality but it was not terrible. The beds were comfortable and even the couch in the one bedroom suite was very comfortable to lay on. The kitchen area came fully stocked for anything you needed (knives, plates, silverware, microwave and fridge, water kettle, etc.) The lobby is on the 28th floor and the rest of the rooms start above that. As such, every room was on a high floor which was great for the views from your room. However, I’d say the best thing about this hotel is the location. It is right in the middle of District 1 - and it’s very easy to get from place to place. We were able to walk to many locations and nightlife, and anything we didn’t want to walk, was a quick Grab ride away. The building is also connected on the 6th floor to a large mall (Saigon Centre). This was super convenient for us as we were able to get lots of shopping done as well as enjoy all the amazing food in the food court of the mall. The mall is very nice and clean and I definitely recommend checking out the food options inside. This especially came in handy when it was raining a lot and we didn’t want to leave the building. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in HCM.

Wonderful stay at Sedona Suites! No regrets. I want to highlight that the management was very prompt in replying to my queries and even prepared a cake as a surprise for our anniversary. That made an impression (and a lasting one too!) on us and we were looking forward to staying here because of such hospitality. Impeccable service and comfortable room. Our slight air conditioning problem was swiftly rectified by the technician. We love the view at the lobby. Being on the 28th floor, the view was magnificent. You can just order a drink and sit at the sofa and spend the evening there. When we came, it was Vietnam's Independence day. Hence we had the chance to watch the firework. Beautiful! The staff was polite and helpful. They gave great suggestions on where to go and even went the extra mile to call up the places we wanted to go to check if they were open as it was the holiday for them. We didn't get to try the facilities as it was a short stay and we wanted to spend the time exploring the area instead. We will come again to this hotel for sure.
