Exceptional”
amazing spot, wished we had book a few nights just to unwind. Room was super comfortable, clean and spacious, we booked the "brown" room. There are some boardgames from reception too. Breakfast was good, huge portion. This would be a spot that we would return to.

Modern Scandinavian design. Not luxurious but very comfortable. Breakfast is a plus - selection of coffee tea milk tea or juice, with pressed cheese and pork sandwich and a small salad.

This is actually homestay, not hotel, but the standard can beat 3 star hotel standard, even more. Is newly operated from Sep 2018, so everything look very new. Good location, lot of food and souvenir shop within walking distance. Breakfast is freshly cook to you when you attend to cafe, not those hotel buffet style. The taste is highly recommended! If you come to Sun Moon Lake, this is a great choice of stay.

Owner Mr Chen and his team are very hospitable, friendly and very serious about service guests' experience. My SeeMoonB&B stay was cosy and comfortable, with clean and colourful rooms, outstanding breakfast and value. I received a complimentary ferry day-ticket when I stayed solo in a double-bed room. My breakfast was customised and it was outstanding. The team regularly checked on me and other guests on comfort and for any feedback. Coffee/tea and light refreshments were not for sale, but were complimentary to guests; highlighting the non-commercial but warm and genuine hospitality here :)

Cosy and spacious room”
Located in Ita Thao. Lots of food shops nearby. Room is spacious and cozy. Toilet is huge too. Room comes with a breakfast sandwich set. Very polite staff. They have parking lots for guest (5mins walk from the B&B). Would stay here again.

Rooms are spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. Beds are big and comfortable. Staff at reception are lovely. Can’t find any faults and we would have been happy to stay longer @ See Moon.

We gotten 2 rooms : 1 room is for 2 person and 1 for 3 person. The place is superb! Clean and cozy. Like I m back to home. The owner is very nice couple. When we arrive, the owner very patient introduce the place and also taught us how to travel around Sunmoon lake. The breakfast was nice and last min my mum requested for fruits, they provided us for compliments. And the owner is very friendly and great hospitality. We will definite will want to come back!

Rooms were very clean and spacious. The decorations and furnitures were new and well maintained! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And the breakfast toast set was absolutely delicious. It is also located near the lake, food and convenience stores. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

I think this hotel will beat most of 3 star hotels nearby. Newly rebuilt hotel, not many rooms but design is special, room light is very comfortable. good location, only 2-3mins walk to ferry terminal. Some food stores location just next street. Family mart and 7-11 opens 24hrs, but other stores close quite early, ard 8pm. breakfast is nice. highly recommend

Totally recommend for SML visit”
Very new hotel with lovely themed rooms that equipped with various of facilities and amenities. Breakfast was platted (but can ask for more), quality and taste were really nice Hotel staffs were very helpful and kind. Located at the heart of Ita Thao. Not too crowed/noisy during the day but nothing much to do in the evening Will definitely stay here again if go back to SML!

We are traveling as a group of 7 with elderly. The owner are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast portions were fairly large and the rooms are clean. We took the room key by mistake and the owners allowed me to return them by post.

Everything was great, maybe except that they charge quite high to add the extra bed in the room. Breakfast you can just order more if it’s not enough for you but for most people should be sufficient
