I already book ground floor 1 month before check in ... 3 days before check in I remind them to put me on ground floor . Went im arrived I get upper floor too dangerous for my kids . No safety. Went sunny day it’s realy2 hot .Me n my kids can’t stay inside cabin. I already book 2 days but I cancel for another day even I didn’t get back my money . I prefer to make a cancellation . Really bad .i book for executive room but I get standard room.
I request to get ground floor but I get upper floor . I request a month before I arrived. The room really really hot on sunny day. I should stay until sunday. But I check out early on saturday.not suitable with young kids.
A bit hard to find grab or taxi.
So amazed by the staff treatment, especially Abg Is. Very polite and friendly. The room was slightly below par, where the bed making noise every time I lay or move on it. I'm just frustrated with the breakfast provided. The second day, the kitchen does not prepare anything for breakfast. After complaining, they provided us with bread and scrambled eggs. Not worth paying for breakfast.
Staff need training ”
Pros: spacious, environmentally friendly, close to nature Cons: staff are unfriendly and they tend to “bully” customer PS: we are unable to check in even we are very sure that we have already booked the room earlier through Agoda. Have to spend an hour at the reception to discuss and negotiate until we get a room.
We stayed here to attend an event. A bit pricey for a 1-night stay.

Friendly staff & customise service, its not easy to get taxi over there but despite its a runaway from busy work life, i can compensate on that... highly recommend the container room!!
For the price, the space is quite small. Yet everything is there. Albeit the room can get a bit hot in the afternoon (despite the aircond) as it is made from used steel containers.
Don't waste your time and money”
i booked a VIP Container Room on Merdeka Day. Upon arrival, the resort looked empty so we thought we had better chance of enjoying the place with stress free. Unfortunately, there were no one managing all the facilities as per stated in their website - fishing, cycling, canoeing and etc. It feels like a dead resort. The front desk was a Bangladesh gentlemen. Gave us the wrong room - a standard when i asked for a VIP. Immediately they change the room but to our surprise there were no extra bed He told me we were to share the blankets and pillows. What is this.... i paid for 4 person room and we need to share pillows (2 big pillows and 2 small pillows) + 2 blankets. So we ended up sharing blankets. The room was dusty and covered with cobwebs. Bet there were no house keeping at all. All facilities were closed so we did nothing at the resort. The following day, my daughter wanted to try fishing so i asked if we can rent the fishing hook. I paid and went off to get some fish feed. Upon arrival to their so-called 'cafe' - the lady told me there was no bread left. "sigh....what is this..." So i returned to the front desk and asked for my refund. The Bangladesh gentlemen told me if you can wait till the Thai restaurant open they will have bread to sell to you. I told him....that i am checking out in 2 hours and you want me to wait for another 2 hours? So i insisted on my refund and we checked out. The only place that we find that our children thoroughly enjoyed is actually the CHICKABOO - THE OSTRICH FARM. We got to meet the famous Ostrich that jumped off and ran on the highway.

We paid an equivalent of RM160 for a cabin room, which was basic (meals not included). Plenty of activities in the resort however you need to pay extra for every single one of them, and they are pricey. If the activities are included in the rate (and the rate of course could be made slightly higher) then it would be worth staying here. But since it isn't then I do not recommend it.
Cleanliness and staff should be improve”
The room is okay, but the cleanliness still need to improve. The little bugs was too much, and didn't clean the under bed. The air conds should be blow to the bed, because it will was too hot. The air conds blow to the door was useless for the hot weather and the conditioner design room. The staff's attitude was nice and helpful, but, the problems is, they were working in a slow motion mode. I was the first time get the slow service like this. They never get the customer that was booked through online before. And their staff won't be faster when they don't know how to settle the problem. They just straight away to stand there, and waiting for their superior come out. And they said that they don't understand what the standard room when they read the confirmation receipt that I passed for them. When they called and enquiries to the AGODA.COM, their such as don't know what they prefer to ask as well. After that, they said just want to know regarding to the payment. But, before that, I already mentioned that agoda had credited my debit card already. It was too waste the time. When I went to have some outdoor activity, the canoe, they was the same. VERY VERY VERY slow motion at all the service and working. When I check out, they were have the same speed. Please be FASTER when you serve the customer though your attitude was nice.
