away from bustling city, in the middle of no where”
located far away from the usual city bustling, but too remote for me since half of its surrounding is housing area and another half is undeveloped bushes. swimming pool were there, but not very inviting. spacious room, but unlucky me been attended by a very annoying counter staff.

The hotel is good with affordable price but they need to improve their services. In my experience, the first room given to me is dirty and untidy. Since I've a late check-in, the housekeeping staff is already home and the staff in duty give me another room. However, I'm not satisfied with it because I've asked for a large bed but the room given to me is with 2 single bed.

Your cleaner need to use better product to clean the toilet bowl to avoid the stain You to upgrade your blanket of bed. During my visit im not getting proper blanket. (Existing blanket from your resort very very thin cloth)

i chose the resort because of its swimming pool..but very frustrated with the management. they started cleaning the pool at 8.am n only finished at almost10.30am. we need to leave early. breakfast only nasi goreng,mee sup & bread.the management really need to upgarade the hotel..

room hole in wall no hot water,tv did not work curtain fixed could not open, mould and paint off wall in shower,wi fi hardly worked,breakfast nasi goreng only not good, coffee/tea no taste,room dark all the time, toilet dripped all the time, moved out after 1 night paid for 2 should get a refund had paid for 2, i also think the childs pool dangerous, with sharp edges on the play equipment.
